Came to this location. Sat and waited for over 15 minutes before order was taken. Saw friends or employees bring a baby in to visit. Looked around to see no other cars were around placing orders. No one ever took my order so l just left. I guess their friends visiting the store with the infant was more important than taking a customers order
Rude employees!! was basically yelled at to see if we were ready to order when we did and paid we were told to move up there was nowhere to park they were full! as soon as a car moved a man and asked us very aggressive and impolitely to move to that spot like sir they literally just got their food and wasnt even gone for 2 seconds i keep trying to give this one the benefit of the doubt bc its closer to my house but i'll definitely drive to wheeler rd for now on!
I asked for a double stuffed oreo sonic blast mini . These folks gave me crumbs I didn’t taste an oreo not one time , If I wanted vanilla I woulda got vanilla. Then yall gave me a large cup like what …. I wanted oreos jot extra Ice cream .
Very unhappy with my whole order. The blasts are already almost $5 for a small and all you get is a very expensive cup of vanilla ice cream with a few cookie crumbs or m&ms on top, not worth the money at all. Got three of these and they we're all the same, just ice cream with one cookie crushed on top thats it... The waitress was very rude. I also asked for a small cup of water with a lot of Ice but I just got a cup of water with a teaspoon of ice instead... choose a different sonic in the area, not this one...
I love Sonic's ice cream sundaes...normally. Today was a huge disappointment. The ice cream was overspun and was grainy and pretty tasteless. I should have sent it back but did not. Service was great! Food...not so much, sadly.
Waited about 15 minutes for food, chili cheese fries seemed like that had been sitting for an hour, tots were cold, burger meat was burnt, missing onions, no mustard as requested, thrown together... There was a nasty glob of something on mustard packs they brought me, no straw for drink. Very Disappointed ☹️!
they are quick and very diligent with getting you your food and I've never had a problem with them refusing to redo something if it was wrong
My order was fine but the carhop has an attitude problem! I was due change back and she said she couldn't give it to me. She said she didn't have a coin changer and couldn't give me my money back...my money! I told her I wanted my change and she stormed off in the store and came back with my change. She's doing this to a lot of customers which in my opinion is stealing.
I went to sonics on my lunch break and I ordered a footlong coney combo and ask them to add coleslaw to my coney the young lady said ok. I didn’t check my order before I left because I had to get back to work when I got back to work I notice there was no coleslaw on the coney so I call back 5 times but no one would answer the phone. All I want was for them to fix my order because I can’t eat a hotdog with coleslaw so now I can only eat tater tot’s and my drink. Bad business mostly likely not visit this location anymore
They wouldn't process my order in a manner that allowed me to pay by credit card, so I had to use cash (what if I hadn't had any cash on me?). They didn't give me my change. When I got my food home, I had have an order of fries, and the burger looked like a wolverine had gotten to it.
