full rack of ribs were very tuff. you could not even cut them into.Never have I ever had ribs from there that was not falling off the bone until Tuesday. everything else was great.
Worst Memorial Day experience ever. I recently had Shane's catered to the office for our Physician and staff. I thought it would be nice to treat the kids to BBQ for the holiday. I ordered Curbside Pickup. Although I arrived early I went ahead and informed them that I was there. I was told they'd bring it out when its ready. I waited 40 minutes. Watched someone pull up and leave with a super huge order in less than 5 minutes. So I go inside to ask about my order. A young lady goes to the back and ask about my order, a young man rudely yells "Of course I dont have an order for her, why would I?". As if I wasn't supposed to be served. Which was very rude, almost felt racist...They tell me that they are out of one of the items and won't be able to fill the order. They didn't offer any alternatives so I ask for a manager. Find out she was standing here for the whole interaction but just had not spoken up. They offer a refund, but refuse to make any food at all. They basically acted as if they saw me in the parking lot and determined that i didn't deserve to be served at their establishment.They probably would have cleaned and closed the whole store, then left me waiting in the parking lot... I spoke with Mark by phone who says he was a general manager. His only solution was a refund. He didn't seem to care and kept coldly asking "what do you want me to do?" And acted as if he didn't care... Afterwards the employee told me that Mark is also the owner.Instead of calling me, or informing when I called... they chose to let me sit in their parking lot over 40 minutes while other restaurants close, knowing they didn't plan to serve me.
The wings were great but I don't know what they were selling and calling it baby back ribs,spent 60 bucks never going thier to get ribs again,thier nothing more than a wing stop that sells ribs.
I rarely ever complain. I understand things happen. But this one just really bothered me. We ordered tonight via DoorDash as we do just about weekly if not more. Our food was pretty disappointing, 3 lemon pepper boneless wings. Clearly scraps from the bottom. No seasoning and a child’s portion of fries with no seasoning. The drinks didn’t come that we ordered. My barbecue plate was so greasy my dog literally would not eat it. ? And the there is the burger that never arrived, And yes before the review we called the store. We spoke with the manager and assured us we would have a credit. Which was fine. A credit was understandable, I would have been happy to take the food back and o assure them we weren’t eating it. And then……. I get a call back from the manager who then told me she spoke with her staff and the burger definitely went out so I needed to call door dash . Ummm. No ma’am. Please be better than that. If that was going to be the case, Politely apologize for any mishaps and let me know you will call back after your investigation. I’m just really bothered by the situation. I don’t think we will ever eat here again
Had the sampler, pork and chicken, Cole slaw and baked beans. Overall very yummy. Not a bad way to get your fingers dirty.
extremely disappointed in the food, ordered the buffalo fries and they came out cold/cheese wasnt even melted. who eats cheese fries with unmelted cheese ?? like what the heck ! my pork plate came out cold, poor service/horrible food. its not as good as it used to be. will never come back/recommend someone to eat there.
We got the Big Dad, Cowboy burger, and BBQ chicken fries. Everything was hot, delicious, and fresh. Highly recommend dine in vs take out as the freshness is really important and makes a huge difference.
It was good, but I got 8 tiny smoked wings for $11.99. Check out the picture. I've gotten these before and they weren't this small. If the wife and kids had finished they fries I'd still be hungry.
The chicken wings were the spindliest wings I've ever had the displeasure of eating. The sides were cold. Also, every single available table in the place was dirty! I had to go back to the ordering counter to let an employee know that I had nowhere to sit. Highly disappointed.
Absolutely love Shane's in Evans! A go to spot for both my daughter and myself. We get the sampler and split it together whenever we go for mommy-daughter lunch dates. Gives us a little bit of everything. I love the ribs and tenders. My daughter loves the BBQ and Mac n cheese.
