fast service and very polite
I ordered a steak with Asiago cheese and parmesan cream. The order i received looked like slop. This is the only meal i ever order, and yes, I frequent this location. I only rated it two stars based on my experience today, which has ruined my many great experiences. The manager apparently made my meal, and when I spoke with her, she insisted its appearance was due to me asking for cream. Please note, this is the EXACT meal i order multiple times a month. When I asked to return the meal, they told me to keep it, and created a new meal without the cheese and cream. I was told to check my meal as I left, as if I was making an excuse for free food EVEN THOUGH I tried to hand back my meal.VERY DISAPPOINTED 5.28.22, AT 4pm
Food good, waitress awesome, bar tender trash. She made me feel like I wasn't nothing to be bothered with. Today is the 1st. I was in the location in evens 2and a half hours ago. I don't know if I will come back after the way your bar tender talked, saying it not people call-out or late I don't want to hear that. Not what I payed for.
What happened? I'm sure like most folks I've experienced the decline of a once great restaurant.Is the bread gone? Or just no longer offered?Salad bar is definitely smaller.Not allergy friendly and hidden allergens on what should be safe food. Sweet potato fries covered in flour! Gross and made my daughter very ill due to her allergy.Awful pasta w a slimy no flavor sauce served w the Chicken Parmigian. The chicken was edible, the pasta was not.Overall just yuck and very disappointed. I've gone back to this chain a couple times over past 5 years when I saw it and sadly I don't think I will go back.
If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. This establishment is disgustingly discriminative towards disabled individuals, and additionally so uneducated to the requirements and standards their restaurant is required to be held to under the Georgia Restaurant Association’s compliance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). My father tried to fit underneath a table, and all of them being the same size were too low for his wheelchair to fit under. He is in a standard size wheelchair. This is the first act of discrimination, not having tables high enough to find a standard wheelchair. He went to try a booth, finding he fit perfectly underneath it. The hostess then runs up to me and says “my manager won’t let you sit there”. I was puzzled and asked why, and she said it was a fire code violation. With the booth, my father could have fit underneath it and there was ample room left over in the aisle (at least 6 feet). This was clearly a lie, because she had no information or explanation to support her statement. We have been to this restaurant multiple times and it has never been a problem for him to sit there. They clearly just didn’t want to deal with us. When mentioned to the hostess that they were violating the ADA, she just looked at me confused. To add insult to injury, the entire staff (except the manager that told all of the staff to not let us sit there) came out front and watched us have to leave because there “wasn’t a spot” for my father. We won’t be returning to this absolute atrocious place to see their staff members I had the unpleasant experience of encountering ever again. They don’t deserve anybody’s time or money.
Wonderful...food looked and tasted great. The did not forget my condiments and accessories for my order.
I order the Hickory Bourbon salmon frequently from here because I love it- at least did.Nothing worse than overcooking a nice piece of fish. Very dry and not flaky as it should be.Wife's steak was tough and chewy.
Good food, great price! I live their fresh salad bar! Quick and friendly service!
I ordered a 12 oz ribeye asked for it to be cooked medium, when the steak arrived it was cooked rare? and I also had instant mashed potatoes. After waiting almost 10 mins the server comes back and I sent the steak back. When it comes back out it is now well done. When the server comes back I told him that now it's over cooked. I have never had a bad experience but this was awful. I will not be returning. There was another customer who had a rare burger as well. Get some new cooks!!!!!!???
Salmon was good. They have zucchini as a side dish on the menu. Yummy!
