Rude host Robin hoods's feet very dingy should have know to leave Floor dirty Utensil had food on them for ones that eat out of silverware I prefer plastic in package Table dirty Manager just there for a job doesn't make anything better The waitress name Samuel young guy was very polite and ppl person I hope he is bless to leave there before he get damage by the filthy and nasty environment Cook lady that gave fries out rude dnt like ppl of different shade colors Racist nasty filthy disgusting place needs to be evaluated I can go and on and And didn't eat the food
so after waiting 35 minutes we finally seated to find the restaurant was only was running a quarter staff capacity. we ordered bottomless fries and a monster burger which we only received one thing of fries my friend only got one with his meal l. After complaining to the staff the cold fry's arrived miraculously, that have been setting in the window for least 20 minutes. after asking for garlic sauce we never received it. This restaurant has definitely turned for the worst.
A great dinner experience with family. We only waited 15 minutes to be seated. Our drinks arrived quickly and food followed shortly afterwards. Service was friendly. The food was delicious.
I called on Saturday 2/26/22 to let them know we were headed over with a party of 11. The hostess sounded like she absolutely did not want to be there I didn’t catch her name. I told her we were coming she said “ ugh hold on” then she’s like we can’t seat you. Mind you it’s like 11:45 am so not even busy. I’m like we don’t have to sit together just in the vicinity of each other so she goes and gets a manager. Tameka (not impressed with the managing skills) says she can’t seat us. I mean 11 is a lot right? This is a big restaurant. She says she can’t even sit us apart close together. Like literally deters us from coming. I asked her what happened if 4 parties of 3 come in. She said she couldn’t promise to seat them either. Red Robin in Evans: 2 things here: #1 Tameka is not trying to make you any money and she was dismissive and lacked customer service skills. #2 If you can’t accommodate 11 people you may want to just close down the whole place. That’s pretty ridiculous. We ended up going to Olive Garden instead and they sat us right away even though we didn’t mind waiting. They were very accommodating and great service unlike Red Robin.

horrible managers don't respect good employees. lost a server who never called out from work so because she wanted too work weekends as she already had been doing. manger got into her woman feelings and said no. so now, you'll have to suffer trying to find an employee that is willing to give up every weekend . I just wanted to write so people can see how bad managers ruin companies .
I would give this place 0 stars if i could. The only good part about my time here was my waitress Dara and the food runner, they were great and on top of things. The food wasn’t even that good, I was expecting it to be better but that’s not even the worse part. When the manager, Kim, came to check on us and ask about our food all I could smell was a very strong body odor that lingered for a time period after she left. I nearly lost my appetite. I am not usually one to judge but I don’t understand how you can show up to your work place smelling like that. I also witnessed her eating during a rush. Very unprofessional and unsettling. I honestly think this place would strive under better management. Dara deserves 5 stars and Kim deserves to be unemployed.
This place is clean, has fresh food, and great stuff for what little they have. I understand why the wait time is long right now. Never less the service was amazing and food was better than any other burger joint I've been to.
How is this place still open. The food was mediocre and bland. A manager did come by to see if my food was satisfactory and when she got to the table all I could smell was terrible body odor. I was so grossed out I paid for my meal and left without finishing. Absolutely disgusting and unpleasant. The only positive part of my experience was my waitress. She was very helpful, professional, and she was on top of drink refills. It looked like she was the only waitress working that night, talk about understaffed. Props to the waitress, she was outstanding.
