Great place to eat. It's my go-to for Mexican in the immediate Augusta area.The food is always good, proportions are relatively nice for the competitive price, and the service is usually quite attentive and always friendly. I'm a fan of their custom-made guacamole, prepared to order by a cook from a cart that is wheeled out to your table for the purpose. It's great stuff!My only slightly nagging issue with this place is the amazing clatter that it has had since the day it opened. Atmospherically the loudest restaurant I attend due to all the tile and hard surfaces... nothing to dampen nor absorb the sounds of 100+ people eating, clanking utensils, talking, laughing and generally enjoying themselves. So believe me when I say it's a good thing for business, and a testament to their quality even if it makes conversation a little difficult at times for people like me who have a hard time understanding people in loud environments, coupled with poor lip-reading skills. The food was okay but our server was extremely rude. My friend didn’t get a drink because she skipped him and had to speak over her multiple times to get his drink. My meal was charged wayyy more then the menu had stated. Our server was rude about the whole situation and called an extra $5.50 fee a “hidden price” and wouldn’t call over a manager. 0/10 experience.
Nothing special. If you've been to one Mexican restaurant in the Augusta area, then you'll know exactly what to expect at this one. Most of them are interchangeable. This one is not the exception.
Nice to be seated Immediately. Ordered the taco salad shredded chicken with black beans that was not bad. Received quickly as well. Mango Virgin Daiquiri was very watered down. I wouldn't order it again.
Excellent Mexican food. Good service. Atmosphere laid back and nice. The chicken and beef very good. Good tea.
Food was delicious and came out hot and fresh. Our server was incredible . They call him Mr. OHHH YEAHHH. Give that man a raise . He's great at hospitality.

We had a great time for my daughter's 19th birthday! We have been celebrating all week. Service was great! They brought out fried ice cream for her free dessert and sang to her. Everyone's food was fantastic. I had the steak and shrimp. Others had tacos, burritos, and quesadillas.
By far the absolute best Mexican food in town!! One of the things I love the most is the mass amount of toppings, they don’t skimp at all, even with the guacamole like every other place I’ve been to does. The food is super fresh and delicious and the chips and salsa is amazing!
The first time we went to Poblanos we didn't care about the beans and rice but loved their tacos, enchiladas, burritos, salsa and cheese sauce. We decided to go back one more time and everything was wonderful! The beans and rice were tasty this time and the taco shells were outstanding. We will definitely be back.
