We always get shorted on pineapple even when paying for extra. Now have 2 inch crust for the no sauce pizzas. Unacceptable at this point.
We order pizza from here almost every Friday night. Sometimes we pick up, sometimes we have it delivered…but regardless the staff is super friendly and the pizza is always what he ordered and amazing!
I was greeted and helped as soon as I entered. The cashier and cook (I think) ? his me was Zach. Informed me on all the deals and promotions they had going on. I waited maybe 15min . The whole crew was great! IN and OUT!
Really nice Papa Johns. The lady working there was super nice and made a great pizza! We did carryout at the last moment and she made our garlic parm breadsticks and pizza fast. She even helped to explain how to get your reward points for doing a walk in order afterwards. Best remote Papa Johns ever!
Love this Papa John's they are all so nice and the food is so good. Specially love the driver named Michael. He is so kind and goes out his way to make sure his customers are happy.
I ordered a carry out medium with a two liter Pepsi. I don’t have a car and sent someone else to pick it up and drop it off on their way by that location. They forgot to give her the two liter Pepsi and they won’t deliver it. If they were so highly committed to customer service and didn’t just want to hear they’re doing great, they would have customer service rather than bothering you with a simple question. In summary, they have terrible customer service, if any at all.
Pizza was two hours late. No apologies and no compensation. Will not be ordering from here again.
On time when they told me it would be done. Pizza was just right.
Ordered Shaq-a-roni with second topping. Received regular pepperoni with no second topping. Pizza was overloaded with sauce.
Always good to eat here. Could not take my eyes off one lady who had piercings in mouth, nose, and lip.
