Would give no stars if possible. Spent over $50 on dinner tonight just to waste my money. Delivery driver did not bring the 2 liter I paid for, and despite the pizza being cold we started eating it anyway, only for my husband to pull out a long black hair mid bite of his slice..tried calling the store and got told that I needed to be transferred to the right store because they didn't deliver here, only to be transferred and hung up on. Tried calling back with no luck. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from here again, nor able to eat pizza for a while. Completely turned our stomachs.
Purchased a Philly cheese papadia. No taste. It was awful. Returned it and received full credit. Service was good. but food tasteless. Didn't even show it on their menu in the store. Only pizzas. I mentioned manager needs to be aware of not posting. Staff was professional when I returned it.
Worst experience EVER ordering pizza!! I have used this location for years and tonight I get my order canceled and refunded, why?? Because the guy wanted to level with me and say he has to be up at 630 and that's why he canceled my order. Said he wasn't going to send his driver on a run *this was 20 minutes before close that I received this call*. I called Dominoes to finish my order, told the lady what happened and she said she also has to get up at 630, but that doesn't mean she's going to cancel someone's order. I highly recommend that Papa Johns hires new workers that are actually interested in working the job they are paid to do! But don't worry, from now on it will be Dominoes first, then little Caesars, and maybe just maybe if all other places can't pull it out, THEN I will use Papa Johns again.

The customer service was good but my order wasn't which is why I gave them two stars. I placed my order online for a large three toppings pizza. When I received my order I opened it and glanced at and thought it looked okay. After I got home and began eating I noticed there was more sauce and cheese than the toppings I ordered. It was late and too far to drive back for a replacement, so I tried to scarf it down because I had spent my hard earned money for it. I suggest that you check your pizza before you leave to ensure that it is correct.
They are very fast with delivery. I've ordered multiple pizzas from here many times and have never had any issues with orders being wrong. The pepperoni sausage six cheese specialty pizza is the best!

I've ordered delivery from this Papa John's multiple times over the past handful of years and have generally had no complaints.The only reason for the 4 stars is due to a lack of consistency in the amount of toppings that have been on my pizza. Although, I will say that recently, they have been more consistent than in the past.Amidst COVID, the no contact delivery is somewhat standard across the board for any kind of delivery, be it food or grocery, etc. There is an option to add special instructions for the delivery driver, and I'm extremely happy to say these guys have always honored my special instructions (such as " Please do not ring doorbell"). When I've gone to get my food from the front door, the driver has always smiled and waved, said thank you and have a good night.Overall, I'm pleased with this Papa John's. I hope they continue to employ people who are courteous and pleasant, and they continue to show consistency with the amount of toppings they put on every pizza. Would recommend.
