Got the new spicy chicken sandwich. It actually had some nice spice.The sandwich tasted good, but at $10, it is way too expensive. Worth maybe $4.50.And their service is terrible. You either stand at the counter waiting for your food, or you go sit down, and have to keep getting up to check and see if it is ready.
The food is awesome. My only complaint is: I think they should have a bigger menu.
Quick and accurate service. Always nice to pop in and grab a loaf of bread too!
Tonight I ordered pick 2, half sandwich and soup, first the cashier was probably new, didn't have a clue what he was doing, couple in front of me repeat their order a least 5 times, I should run after seen that but I didn't, I have to teach him how to enter my order, then I wait 20 minutes for my order, everyone that came after me received their order, finally I got mine, it was to go so I didn't realize until I got home, burn sandwich, they probably forget about it inside the oven, almost empty and they add salt 3 or 4 times, avocado was hard as a rock, just garbage. Bunch of little kids, not older than 16 playing around without mask, touching their faces, not one adult in charge. I gave one start but it should be minus 5.
Wonderful soups and sandwiches...beautiful, fresh bakery goodies and their good hot teas and coffee.
Service is accurate and fast. Food is great. However the day I was there the drink machine needed to be taken for maintenance. I was last to get drink. It’s not a good business practice to do that at lunch.
I understand during these times everyone is short staffed and out of many items. What I don’t understand is why I would be up charged for a substitution that I didn’t request. When I brought it to the attention of the cashier she said, sorry it charges for changing the cheese. I didn’t request that, the store was out of Gouda!

Great! Their breakfast prices are reasonable, and they’ve got good coffee and great pastries. And if you have the coffee subscription, you can’t beat the price. This Panera location was clean, well-kept, and fast & friendly service.
Great atmosphere. Beautiful location and very friendly staff. Also, very helpful in making a decisions.
