Ordered food for Father's Day received wrong items via delivery. The only item correct were the sides. (rice and noodles). Ordered chicken, received beef. Ordered spring rolls received unknown fried items. I live too far away to bring this back. Waste of time and effort.
Stopped in with our family of 8 tonight for dinner in the final hour. Wow!! Don’t know where to start, everyone was so patient, positive and helpful with our large order. They were all so friendly and the food was great. Our entire family was happy with the service, with one of the workers even teaching our 12 year old daughter how to use the chopsticks!! We will definitely return!!!
I didn't get what I ordered, the window service never gets it right. I asked for 2 sets of veggie rolls, at the window they told me that they only have 1 set, and I wanted to wait 7 minutes? No we already changed out food on the plate because it wasn't ready. If I wait for everything 7 minutes then my other food is cold. They asked to give me a gift card for one set of veggie rolls. I said okay. I check my bag, and they took out the other set. But I paid for 2 sets. They are not very organized. I will not return back to this location. You know when the thick lunch traffic comes in. Get the food ready and going. Don't wait until a bowl is empty.
Often out of too many options I'm going for. Usually you only have to wait 10-15 minutes, but sometimes you just don't want to. And I always order items that have an added charge, which is fine... except for the fact that they give you a single level scoop instead of a heaping amount like the other items...like seriously?! I am paying extra. Can I get more than 5 shrimp please???
First time eating at Panda Express. As we entered the restaurant, I noticed the eating area was pretty dirty. Considering the amount of traffic I saw, I figured they’d keep that area clean. I understand how the busy time might require more labor but that could set your place apart. Either way we cleaned our table and ordered rice with string bean chicken and orange chicken. Our waiter Gage was absolutely amazing. Very vocal and knowledgeable of the menu and it’s contents. Food was good. Bathrooms were clean. Please keep the dining area clean! Gage stopped this from being a 3 ⭐️. #Emerald
Good help is really hard to find and it shows at this location. I ordered three plates, two of which were teriyaki chicken, specifically requesting the teriyaki sauce on the side. In addition, I wanted white rice with my orders. I was told it would take 45 minutes to make it. Why is it not already made? I can make rice in half the time at my house, so how is it that a full scale restaurant takes 45 minutes plus to make something simple as rice? Ask for 4 cokes, and am told that coke in the fountain is not available. I instead have to purchase bottled. Mind you, the time is just past 4pm. I get up to the counter, and see the cashier fumbling with the 4 cokes. She asks me if I would like a bag…..I’m like if you are having a hard time holding four cokes, why wouldn’t you just take the initiative to bag them up for me the customer, without having to ask???? I get my bag of food and before driving off I check to make sure the teriyaki sauce is in there. Of course it’s not. I tell the cashier that I had requested the sauce on the side when I originally ordered and it was not in the bag. It was at that point that she decided to do basic part of her job and ask me what sauce I would like. I get it then drive back to the house to find that there also weren’t any utensils. Like I have seen on a few other posts, the noodles were dried and shriveled up due to being sitting for to long. Yet another reason I wanted the rice. Luckily I was at the house, but if I had gone elsewhere I would have been livid. These things I’m pointing out are basic functions of the job and show not only horrible management, but also a total disregard for the customer. For it not for the customers, the restaurant would cease to exist. I really hope the owner reads and takes action. If it weren’t for the location, I’m fairly sure this one would already be shuttered. Wait until a competitor comes in and steals all the business. For me, I will drive the extra little bit further to the next Panda Express when I want it again. Or, until a competitor opens up in the same general vicinity.
Clean, well designed food counter! Customer service was excellent! The food quality was outstanding with plentiful portions and very reasonable pricing. This was my first time eating here, but it will be a regular experience in the future!
Had a super long hair in my food when I opened my top. I notified them immediately and asked them to make it over. I got such attitude like I was inconveniencing them by asking them to make it over no apology or anything. They are nice when you are spending money but as soon as there is an issue things change. I will not come back to this location.
Very rude and non knowledgeable staff.Numerous times going through the drive thru I order one thing and they give me whatever they feel like I should have instead of what I ordered. Amount of food for the price is ridiculous I could go on and on but I am giving up on this location they are horrible don't waste your time
Nice size portions. Food is served fresh and its a great value for your money
