Evans McDonald's has the Best Managers & crew
We went through the drive thru ordered 2 of the 2 for 6 (3 big Macs and 1 quarter pounder with cheese) and 5 McChickens with no lettuce and 2 large sweet teas and 1 iced coffee. Get to the pick up window to get our meal. They give us the drinks and tell us to pull around to the number 1 waiting spot... We wait over 20 minutes for our food. When it finally is brought out the whole order was almost cold. One would think having to wait that long it would be hot but no its not. We tell the manger (who was taking orders to others that was told to pull up and wait) about it and she has the order redone so we had to wait even longer.. When the 2nd order came out it at least has 5 hot McChickens but the burgers was still not hot.. And the big Macs was not made right at all. All 3 of them had 2 slices of bread only when they are suppose to have 3.. They was made sloppy very sloppy. Then when we go to eat I get a surprise of a hair being in the big Mac I was eating. I had to pull the hair out of my mouth. Which about made me sick. This McDonald's is not one that I would go to at night. The workers there do not care at all.
One of the better McDonald's around. People are always nice and order is correct, warm most of the time. Definitely one I'd recommend if you're a mcds lover like we are!!
Potentially the worst McDonald’s in the network. I go around once per month when I’m in a hurry. They haven’t gotten it right in about a year. Tonight I waited in the drive through for 10+ minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. Usually that means they are waiting on fries and they will burn your mouth. Tonight they were ice cold. It is what it is. Luckily when I grabbed my burger it had the no onions tag on it. Sike. Low and behold it did have onions and it even had lettuce which isn’t standard in a #2. It’s in the trash and I’ll be cooking dinner instead. I ain’t lovin it.
Rude and unprofessional staff. Our orders are always wrong, we always have to wait for them to fix their mistakes and the managers are rude and have a major attitude problem.
Yeah a year later and they still can't get it together. Pretty sure the guy that took my order at the drive-thru was high
Is basic math skills not required when making $11 an hour taking drive-thru orders? On 3 separate occasions my bf and I have been to this particular store out of shear location. It has come to our attention that not only are basic math skills such as adding and subtracting not necessarily required, but a lack in customer service skills and common sense must also be on the job description as well.
(I realize COVID could be affecting this review, but the McDonald's at 5109 Washington does not have any of the following issues, so take this as you will.) Inconsistent hours that you won't know about until you arrive at the drive thru. Do you want your fries fresh or your sandwich fresh? Doesn't matter which you pick as you never know what will be fresh until you get your order. Fries are often soggy, overcooked, or stale. When the fries actually are fresh, it seems the burgers are dry, tasteless, and lacking in application of condiments.As far as the CSRA is concerned, this is the worst McDonald's location in my experience. I suggest finding another fast food joint, eating local, or driving 10 minutes down the road in either direction for a better McDonald's experience.
I don't normally review fast food restaurants but this is the nicest McDonalds in terms of drive through service I have ever experienced. The employees are so kind. It is surprising to experience this at McDonalds which is very sad. I even asked to speak with the manager so I could compliment them on their wonderful staff. Food is like any other McDonalds but staff are wonderful.

I ordered 2 Big Mac meals and told them to put mustard on both . they said no problem.When I got home just 4 miles from this location. Our meals was ice cold the french fries was discussing and the burgers was burned .and they was not made freshI will never eat from this location again. As they don't care.
