I love coming here. Food is always good. I went to the Evans location. I would like it if one of the girls there didn't have a bonnet on her head. I would have understood if she was dealing with the food, but she wasn't.
I LOVE this place so much. Customer service is phenomenal. I absolutely love the sweet Chipotle chicken sandwhich and Mac n cheese. You also can't forget to grab a sweet tea. It is too good.
i had placed a pickup order and when i arrived it was not even rung up, however this did not upset me and i said it was fine. just as i said this a manager came up to the register and apologized over and over and gave me 30% off my food as well as a free drink to go with it!! great customer service and recommend this location the most! they went above and beyond for a little mistake that i was not even upset about!
We had the southwest chicken salad & the man-eater sandwich with steamed broccoli.Salad dressing was surprisingly good. Sandwich was plenty of meat. Broccoli was not over cooked. Worth a repeat visit to try other sandwiches & salads, maybe a soup.
Graciously accommodated my allergies. Excellent Customer service-very friendly.However, not much meat on the salad for the price paid,BUT the meal was good.
Love the McAllister in Grovetown. This one wasn't as welcoming and customer service needs more training. Less playing behind the counter also
Tables were dirty with leftover plates left behind. No one was cleaning the tables. Bathrooms had no toilet paper or hand towels. Bath trashcan was full. Food was ok. Nothing outstanding. Have had better experiences at other McAlister's.
Waited a long time for a sandwich (did not need cooking). When questioned, staff stated they were short handed for lunch. Lettuce was on my sandwich however, i ordered wo lettuce.
This was my first time eating here since I moved to Evans and it was delicious. My club sandwich was fresh and awesome. Also I had the nachos and cheese dip OMG so delicious with a kick from the jalapeños on the side. I would recommend this place to anyone. I love it!!!?
