Marco's is our go to pizza destination because of its proximity and delicious pizza. We like it so much that I drive by a competi g pizza store to go there. You can use an app to place your order and customize your pizza. The app tracks your purchases for points earned towards an eventual free pizza.I like the selection of pizzas and the choice of crusts. In addition to pizzas ,Marco's offers a limited sub menu, cheezy bread, and decadent cinnamon squares.The employees are always pleasant ,and the pizza is always ready when promised.As an added convenience there's a convenience store/ gas station and a drive through car wash in the same small business group.
Been going there for years and get multiple pizzas a week. The lady at the take out window was very rude and overcharged me for my pizzas. I will now be going to the papa Johns across the street from now on.

Pizza is not really that great. Very greasy and the overall taste is just off. I really wanted to like them since they're so close to my house, but I won't be ordering again anytime soon.
They force you to use the drive thru to pick up orders but ignore you for 15 mins at the window.. they don't answer the phone at all, forcing you to order online. When they do finally talk to you they're rude and disrespectful.If you hate toppings covering you entire pizza this is the place for you.If you hate eating hot pizza and want to wait 30 mins in line to pick it up while it cools completely, this is where you want to go.
The pizza is really good. I had a large works. What I couldn't eat was even good the next day. The customer service was much better than I have read in other reviews.
The store was very clean, the young lady that took my order was very knowledgeable about the types of things they have and very pleasant to work with, the pizza that I ordered was excellent. True I waited a few minutes while they prepared it for me, but it was worth it. I would certainly recommend it and I will go again.

This is the closest location to our home and we use to love this location; however, we have been going to the Grovetown location, because the service has changed. The service from the pickup window and sometimes by phone from one particular employee is horrible. I understand sometimes we all have a bad day, but this employee has provided rude service to me and also my husband at least five times on different occasions. I will also add my husband and I have not been together when this has happened. The food is always great, but sometimes an employee’s bad attitude can ruin the face of a good business. I have called and left my phone number for the owner to give me a call, so I am hoping I receive a call.
