So this was the 3rd and last time I’ll visit. 1st time I ordered an 8 piece ALL white chicken and got a 8 piece mixed. 2nd visit I ordered 8 piece ALL white and got 6 pieces white and 2 thighs. No worries, easy mistake. 3rd visit I ordered (my stupidity I guess) another 8 piece ALL white. This time they did get the ALL white correct, but the chicken wasn’t cooked. I took it back up there and Tiffany acted as if I was inconveniencing her.
The KFC on 516 North Belair Road. This was my first time at this Kentucky Fried Chicken. I stopped at your Drive thru.I was pleasantly surprised. Your Drive Thru Employee Tiffany gave Awesome Customer Service! This was around 12:30 pm.Evans Georgia. I am so accustomedto going to other restaurants drive thru's and recieving pitiful customer service. With poor communication skills. I was so impressed that I called your Restaurant and spoke to The Manager Oshjiah. I informed her that I was very impressed by Tiffanies customer service skills. Tiffany at the front register was an absolute sweetheart. She was super knowledgeable about the menu and pricing, and helped us decide what to get. She was also very fast about filling our order, and everything was correct. Her attitude honestly made my day, and was the best fast food experience I've had in a long time. Thank you Tiffany!
This new location needs to read the reviews and get ahead of the issues. I love KFC, when it first opened everything was great, however the last 3 times I got a meal the chicken is not fully cooked. I would think it would be easy, put the chicken in set the timers pull it out?..
I have to give them 2 stars.My MoM eats here daily. But Is UNHAPPY with their services. What ever she orders its NEVER RIGHT. She goes 3 days out of the week and her order is NEVER CORRECT. It's like they just throw whatever in the box.She orders MP&G Mac & Cheese she will get 2 MP&G. Why? She orders dark she gets white. Why? The prices are higher services are so awful ?. When U check your bag and tell them it's missing an item or you have 2 of something they treat you like You did something wrong. When it's them. I've even called back to the restaurant and the MANAGER responds was "what do you want me to do".Really. No Happy at all KFC.
The lady at the drive through was super sweet. Ordered a two piece and I was really good. I didn’t wait long either. So I don’t know what everyone is complaining about. Maybe they r just being extra.
Went to the the KFC in Evans, GA on N. Bel Air rd...it's my daughter's birthday, and she wanted KFC for dinner. I work in Waynesboro, so I decided to grab dinner on the way home. Drove all the way to Evans, because the KFC is closer to my home and I figured the food would still be hot or at least warm when I got home. I went inside and ordered a 12pc meal with 3 sides. The last time i visited i bought the 10pc meal and i received a bag of lemonade. Apparently the 12pc does not come with the lemonade. So, i had to order the lemonade separate. I got my food pretty quick, but waited for about 10 minutes for the 1/2 lb bag of lemonade. One of the staff members informed me that they were short staffed that I would just have to be patient on the lemonade, and that the lemonade was being prepared. Fighting my way back down Washington Rd. through traffic, I get home and my chicken is soggy and there were only 10pcs in the bucket and i ordered a 12 pc. The wings themselves shouldn't even count as a piece of chicken. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location. AND THE STORE IS BRAND NEW!
Some good foods
We've gone to this KFC multiple times since it recently opened. We have had a better experience going in versus going through the drive-thru. The food has always been fresh and the staff has been welcoming inside the restaurant.
Excellent counter service!, delicious fresh cooked chicken, fleshly made cold slaw!
