Long wait for cold food. And the scrambled egg was only 2 bites big. I've never seen an egg that small. Waitress let the coffee run out for over 10 minutes. No napkins, until we finished eating. She was sweet, but, didn't have it together. We did not complain to her at all, and tipped her well. We understand the lack of employees in today's world. At least she showed up, and probably gave it her best.
All of the food was cold, the water tasted like dirt, overall worse IHOP I've experienced. The server was really nice and understanding when the food was sent back. I recommend going anywhere else.
The wait for the food was over 30 mins long. I ordered 2x2x2 with cheese for my eggs and as you can see there was no cheese nor was it blended in. Asked the server to remake because I asked for American cheese and he brought back cheddar cheese and the replacement pancake was thin as a Krystal burger. I'm so disappointed in the whole experience and not feeling the cook and this location.
This was the worse experience I have had at a restaurant in a long time. The wait for everything was ridiculous. Our waitress left during our service didn’t even fulfill our order before she left, which resulted in more waiting. The food was not that great either. If I was the owner of this franchise I would definitely take heed to these reviews. You are loosing money with this service. I suggest no one coming here. It needs to be cleaned and everyone dismissed and start a fresh. Lazy lazy management.
Had a group of 7 and was told it would be 20 t0 25 minutes....we waited that time and then we were told it would be another 25 to 30 minutes.....did not want to wait but the kids were hungary......finally after about an hour we got a small table barely big enough for the 7 of us......the wait staff was extremely stretched....they have a business but not enough staff to support it.....the wait for the food was another hour......the wait staff seemed very upset and tired......the food was ok not exceptional. The bathrooms were filthy......Denny's went out of business because they had terrible service.....IHOPS seems to be next to go away.......will not be back
My 9 year old son and I enjoyed our brunch here on yesterday! Our waiter was amazing. Thank you for the great experience ! ?
Despite signs on the door asking for patience due to short staff, I was pleasantly surprised at the service received here today. Restaurant was only moderately busy, no waiting to be seated. Waitress was pleasant and helpful. Food arrived quickly and was hot, fresh, and delicious. Wish I had gotten the waitress's name for this post. One of my better experiences with IHOP in a long while!
Food was wonderful and I'm not usually a breakfast person. We had to wait for a bit on the food. At no fault to the staff. They're overworked, under paid and under appreciated. They have a shortage of staff at the moment. But food was great! All of the people there were very friendly. It's just sad situation. My heart goes out to all of the people with these type jobs! ?
Our waitress was so nice and food was so good for once this is the best ihop around this area
Not crowded, took almost 45min to get food, and we're talking eggs bacon hash browns pancakes, and all served cold.. Been a while since we ate at an IHOP, can't say we'll be back again any time soon.
