Orders my food. Automatically upgraded me to a medium combo without asking. Proceeded to get my order mixed up with someone else's order. The young man behind the counter was friendly and apologetic about it. It proceeded to take almost 10 minutes for them to get me the right order. The young man behind the counter kept apologizing (I'm ok with his handling). Never once got anything from the manager on duty about situation. What makes it worse is she is the one that took my initial order. Will be a while before I visit this Hardee's again.At least my food was hot when I finally got it.

Charged for food we didn't get, manager told me that's the way it is. I showed him the receipt, we dinned in so it's not like we could steal from them. I called him a thief and a liar, the general manager can out and ask if she could help. She was embarrassed at her Manger, not only did we not get what we ordered, but the GM had to make my food personally, it was made wrong twice, the GM was stand up, the the manager stole from my family and lied about. The GM tried to make it right, at this point I didn't care.
Have not been to this location is a while. Had the mushroom swiss burger and fries. I had forgotten how delicious the burgers tasted! I'll try not to wait so long again!
The food was fresh and the service is great. A very clean place to eat.
Great burgers. Fries were alright. Better soda than McDonald's. No star shaped nuggets for the kids, which were a favorite at Carl's Jr

Staff was rude, played music loudly in the back, and complained about how they would be closing after we left. A manager walked passed us saying “she wasn’t going to be in here all night”. Another employee behind the counter said amongst themselves obviously loud enough for us to hear- “are we open or closed?”. It is 8:07 pm as I am making this post. We are still waiting for our food. The dining room was open when we came in and the store doesn’t close until ten so what is the issue? I felt extremely uncomfortable in a restaurant I have never been in before. Needless to say I will never be back and we did not stay to eat inside. The food was great though!
My grandma loves Hardees, we were regular customers at this location but closing this early has gotten pretty old. Why does the online say 10pm if you close at 8pm? And being rude when someone pull into the drive though isn't the way to handle it. Your loss, bojangles is right up the street.
