I’ve been eating Firehouse for years (the same sub) but lately I tried this location and I was disappointed again. I stopped going last year because they weren’t consistent and kept messing up my order. I miss the old Evans location that was close to Walmart. I never had any issues with it tasting like this. I think y’all folks needs to go through training again, PLEASE!!!
One of the cleanest Firehouse Subs I’ve ever been to. The staff was super friendly. I was glad they offered packets of hot sauce since pretty much every location has done away with their hot sauce collections. It makes a big difference!
Look like they threw my sandwich in the box. No paper which make me think they made my sandwich on the bare counter. I used the drive thru wasn’t busy at all. Not going to eat it waste of $9
New location. Great service. Store is not visible from Washington Rd, as it is on the back side of the building that faces the street. You have to enter Mullins Colony center and drive to the rear of the building to find it.

Food was great but and staff was friendly but the forgot 1/3 of our order. By the time we realized that it was too late.
They messed up my order a bit. But they were happy to fix it for me without any issues.
Food was good. Prices reasonable:covid precautions in place and followed.
Great food as always, we will definitely be returning soon
