Noah sent me the wrong pizza, making a very difficult night for me. Was unapologetic offered a partial credit for my order (like I can sit here and eat my pizza in front of my kid while they starve- no and I expect to eat fresh pizza not cold or microwaved pizza because you made a mistake) with no consideration for the difficulty and inconvenience their mistake has caused me. He was extremely rude on the phone and I am floored that someone with his attitude is in customer service, and that he was chosen to be manager given his lack of education on customer loyalty. Normally, dominos is my go-to.. not anymore, I'll take my business to one of the many pizza places around here in Evans. Also, I want my money back for this pizza I won't be eating.
Order from here about once a week. Food is always good. Never had an issue. Great work.
For the price you get a pretty good pizza. Compared to other pizza places.
Ordered two pizzas, they tasted fine but there was little, if any, pizza sauce on either of them.I'll order again as it may have just been a one-off fluke.
A week ago I attempted to order a pizza with just ham online from the Evans, GA location, but ham was not an option to pick from for some reason. I was told when I went to pick up the pizza that in the future I could just call and request ham because they did have it. So yesterday I called to ask them to add ham to my pizza and was told by an employee that his manager (Sydney) would not allow me to have ham on my pizza because they didn't have a way to charge me for it?! I said I could add a different meat topping so I still paid the correct price but the manager still refused to do this saying that it would "mess up their inventory." Obviously I was completely baffled as to why I couldn't have the only topping I like on my pizza when they said they did have ham at their establishment. Half jokingly, I asked if I ordered a specialty pizza that included ham and paid double the price would they make that for me and just leave off all the other toppings and THIS of all things they agreed to?! I am a manager in customer service myself so I'm quite aware that this is very poor service to say the least and seems more like a power trip at this point. Dominos has so many commercials stating that they always want to make the customer happy and even give pizzas away to ensure this but this particular location would not let me have a few pieces of ham on my pizza without paying double the price even after I had been told I could do this by a different employee at that location. Needless to say, I did not order a pizza from them...although I did end up calling two other locations in the area that both were more than happy to let me order a pizza with just ham. I wouldn't think a good manager would want to lose a customer and risk a bad review over a few small pieces of deli meat but apparently Sydney felt it was more important that her inventory was correct. Do better Dominos of Evans.
The Evans location Dominoes delivers more than just a pizza. If you are looking for quality, don't worry, it's their main ingredient at no extra charge. From pre-open to near close, I have always felt like the first customer of the day. Excuse me while sink into this hot pepperoni.
The food came at a descent time but both were burnt when they arrived.
Picked up a pizza today and there was only one person working. I had to say thank you to Ronnie! He was pleasant, polite, and made one of the best pizzas that we ever got from Domino's. I want his employer to know what an asset he is to their business!-BL

Doesn't deserve a star. They left my food out didn't ring the door bell or called or texted. So my food was outside for 10 minutes. I found it on my front Porch on the bench I drove home from work and there it is. I called and she said it was delivered at 4 pm I got to the house at 4:11 pm don't even know if she lieing because the food was not even Luke warm. It looked staked. Husband and 2 older daughters were home waiting. Never again this person that delivered should get fired.
