Had to try it ! I picked the trio. Comes w a pickle, crackers, and a small cookie. I selected Buffalo, Fancy Nancy, and their pimento cheese. Delicious. Spicy, sweet, and creamy. Perfection. Pickle crisp and salty garlicky. I will definitely take the family or grab on the go for a lake day…. Buffalo an fancy nancy the best.
My wife and I stopped in to get our lunch here one day and the food was pretty good. We did however have a couple issues with our order, my wife doesn’t like tomatoes and they put them on her sandwich and they forgot her side. She went in to get it corrected and they just took the tomato off instead of remaking the sandwich. They also took her cookie out of her tray when they took the tomato off. Food was good but service is severely lacking.
My 1st experience was super pleasant! The staff was very helpful & pleasant. My family & was greeted by all staff. The restaurant was spotless!! The food was a great choice for lunch! Totally reccomend!
I always order the potato soup; a weekly order. What I received today was very disappointing, it was watery with no contents. This is why I stopped eating at mccalisters. The bowl of soup is over $5; please treat your repeat clients better.

This was my first time trying Chicken Salad Chick. The Young Lady at the Drive Thru window was so Nice and Patient with me..telling me all my options. I got the Classic Carrol and it was Amazing. Good Chicking and Dumplings also. Even the sugar cookie was very good. Its hard to find Good customer service this day and time but this lady rocked it!! Think her Name was Jan.
The only “negative” I have about CSC is that sometimes the inside is a little chilly. But, a light jacket in the cooler months fixes that. The food is always delicious, the staff are always cheerful, and the atmosphere is always calm. Highly recommend for anybody who wants something unique and likes chicken salad.
My son and I come to CSC from out of town almost weekly. Today, after some sort of apparent mishap, it had been 20 minutes and I still had not received my scoop of Olivia‘s old south. In a hurry to get to an appointment, I kindly asked the server at the register if I could just get it to go. I have a very picky toddler who pretty much only eats chicken salad chick and cheese straws so I wanted to make sure I could at least get it to go and he could munch on it during my appointment. The manager and the manager in training overheard me asked about my order and rushed to my side. They were very apologetic and my order came out quickly at that point. Hands-down the best service and best food - bar none! We’ll definitely be back!
Always used drive through in the past but dinning in was a great experience. Loved the ladies behind the counter sandwiches and sides as wonderful as always and the decor was well flowery ? but my wife did appreciate the effort just like the sign in the men's room said ? I will leave you men to discover the other 3 signs above the toilet ?. Seriously visit you will not be disappointed.
