I could eat the Buffalo chicken wrap like everyday. Customer service is always on point, and the food is always very good. If you haven't tried the wrap, do it. You will not regret it.
My husband and I really enjoy Raising Canes and up until now haven’t found a suitable replacement. For awhile, my husband and I used to come here twice a week for dinner. The food is always out within five minutes or less, sometimes even delivered to our table directly. The chicken is always hot and fresh, and we switch out the coleslaw for an extra toast, which is extremely crunchy and delicious. The sauce is delicious and we use it with everything.The only reason I gave a four-star rating is because I believe there are a couple small improvements that could go a long way.When the manager is there everything always seems to run smoothly, but it seems that things are neglected when they are gone. The staff is pretty neutral, but they get the job done. Aside from the manager, there’s one gentlemen that always has a smile and is friendly every time we come in named Judson. The dining area tables, seats, and floor always seem to have leftover crumbs from the previous guest, but we are almost always the only couple eating in. Additionally, some items are almost never replenished, which requires you to request it from the staff.We hear the staff talking and having a good time (obviously, there’s nothing wrong with that, I want to have fun at work too), but I think because of this they forget to regularly clean and stock essentials. When you ask the staff for the item or if they forget something with your meal, they never hesitate to give you what you request, but again, are very neutral.The dining room is also very quiet when you eat in and there’s few people, so a think a little music would help with the sometimes awkward silence.If small things like what I’ve listed above don’t bother you, I’d recommend this place every time. It truly is a great establishment for the basic but delicious chicken tender meal.
We called in our lunch so, it would be ready by the time someone came to pick up our lunch. The line is always busy, long, and slow. Sometimes, someone will have the phones on mute…. The orders are hardly ever right and we end up ordering again. The person i went over the order with, repeated it back correctly. But when someone went to pick up our order— it was completely different. Do better :)
We were on this side of town and happened to be close to this YUMMY establishment and decided to check them out! 1st let me start off by saying that the staff are friendly and attentive; this is always a plus for me. Now let’s get on to reviewing this SCRUMPTIOUS chicken!!! I had the chicken sandwich with a side of fries and it came with some BOMB SAUCE… I know what it is and sadly my kids said theirs is bette than mine…lol I guess that’s a plus, right?! My daughters both had the 4 piece tenders meal with fries and the BOMB SAUCE as well. They both loved the chicken and were able to tell that it is fresh, perfectly seasoned as well as fried. 1st time at this establishment and definitely not our last!I saw other reviewers stating other competitors of this establishment and I will say this… Nothing beats an establishment like an establishment that tastes like a home made meal! And this is what this chicken did for our family! You can’t compete where you can’t compare and I will leave it that.If you are thinking about trying them out, here is your cue to GO… STOP READING AND GET THERE!!!!
Food is average . Chicken tenders were super greasy ! Fries didn’t have much or any at all seasoning on them . Wait time at the drive thru was way to long ! Price was a little high for the quality and quantity of food . Better off spending $1 more and getting a chicken tender plate from Zaxby’s
It was “meh”… I went because a neighbor raved about them, but I wasn’t super impressed. The service was great and the people were friendly, but the chicken wasn’t as well seasoned as zaxbys and the fries were completely unseasoned. The sauce was good and the toast was excellent, other than that there was nothing to write home about.
Drive through with kids and ordered 3 pieces fingers combo. Love the sauce and chicken when they are still hot. Not so much on the potatoe salad or slaw, size is so small. Do like the salad and wrap as well.
The food is always delicious but the sauce is even better! Sometimes the wait is a little longer than I’d like, but I’ve never received cold or bad quality food. You should definitely give it a try!

Unbelievably delicious. Every single detail is flawless. I couldn’t believe how good the food is and how well this business is run. They have made excellent food and did not skimp on anything. Sauce is homemade. Texas toast is pre-sliced for you to make a chicken dipper. They even put a slip of parchment paper in the to-go boxes so the hot food doesn’t burn the styrofoam. Very impressed with this place! Best new place in Augusta!
