They gave my brother a bag that said “amber, red mini van” he is male?and also drives a dark grey charger! Stupid mess up but we got extra food so ??

I worked here two years ago and employees were very rude and disrespectful and the customers were too most of them are self entitled. I’m glad I quit. Waste of time

The only thing they got right were our two drinks. I order a kids nuggets and they were cold and not cooked, I asked for apple sauce and got soggy fries instead. I also order a large fire extra well done and the guy taking my order said okay. I paid for it and asked for a receipt. He said I could get one at the window with my food. Got there and my fries were not well done they felt and looked like they been sitting in oils and not cooked at all. There was no apple sauce and the people said they don’t do apple sauce. I asked for a receipt and they said we can’t provide you one. This is the worse one and I been a RED/SIGNATURE MEMBER since 2018 and this store has lost my business for EVER!!!!

I did a mobile order today and got no buns for my two chicken sandwiches and got unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet. I’m not going to visit this CFA anymore. You guys are too disorganized to be serving the public. .

Second time this week they have given me the wrong order. Operational inefficiency!

I placed a drive thru order for two salads with no bacon and two soups. At the pay window I was told they didn't have soup before I paid. However, I had to pay for them and wait 7 days for a refund. Makes no sense. Why wouldn't you remove them before charging my card? When I got home, I found both salads had extra bacon. Couldn't eat them for religious reasons. Pepper packets were missing and only enough dressing for one salad was provided. I did have a rare survey option on my receipt but it expired before I had time to complete it. I wasted $30.00

Updated on 2.10.22. Call me insane tried again, did the curbside and waited 10 minures minutes after my arrival and placed order 10 minutes prior, end up going in to get my order. My order was just sitting there. They apologized, but I couldn't get my time back.Tried it again this morning. I am quite disappointed, I have been sitting here in the drive thru line at the microphone for exactly 8 minutes and I have already placed my order. I am not sure why there has been a decline in the timeliness of the service, but I hope it's corrected before the brand's reputation is ruined.

I would give this Chick-Fil-A no stars if possible. They are not able to handle lunch rushes. I have had multiple times I have placed a mobile curbside order and they take forever to bring it out. Today was the very last time. I placed an order for Sunjoy and it took them 20 minutes to bring it out. The time before that I ordered a 3 ct strip combo and I waited about 12-15 minutes for that, only for it to taste like it had been sitting under the heat lamps since about 11 am that morning. I called to speak with a manager and a kid named "Manny" portrayed as if he was a manager until I called his bluff and asked to speak with an actual manager. Tiara came to the phone and apologized about me having to wait 20 minutes for a cup of tea. As I explained, don't keep apologizing fix the problem.

It's Chicken but their salads are good and service is very good
