I have never experienced a worse Burger King. Lobby still closed, out of everything you want to order and the drive thru takes 30 minutes! How can this place still be in business?? Don’t bother visiting this store. Once you’re in the drive thru line you’re stuck!! No exit lane.

Hot meal, ready to eat and they took time to make fresh.

If it wasn't for the 1 way in 1 way out once you pull up your committed drive thru I would have not sat there for a whopper and large sweet tea.

The response from your “manager” when my husband advised his order was incorrect was insane tonight. First she argued with him saying it was correct. (It really wasn’t ) When we tried to show her the order (it was a mobile order ) on our phone she became incredibly belligerent. Yelling. Cursing. Then threatening my husband over a wrong order. This is how she behaved in front of my children. Refused to give him a refund. We sent the full video to corporate. Never again. That’s a promise.

Hiring: only offering $10 an hour. No wonder there are only 2 employees working. Waited in an inescapable drive-thru for 20 minutes before ordering and had to wait another 10 just to get the meal. (Easy order: Bacon King meal with jalapeño cheddar bites.) After paying and waiting, one of the two employees said: "Ya'll customers are really annoying today." Again, easy order without complications, so I'm sure his frustration was with being understaffed and not personally with me, but it was still off-putting.Time for Burger King to start offering livable wages.

I only rated this one star so I could comment don't know who the little Boys are you have working tonight but rude and unprofessional is a under statement for them you should definitely tell them not everyone is deaf and can hear the little trash they talked I actually loved this location but I will not be returning anytime soon

Dining room was closed when every other restaurant’s dining rooms are open. Drive through employee said it was because of Covid. This has got to stop as an excuse!! If there really was an issue with Covid, why were most of the employees without masks? I say this even though I am an advocate of not wearing masks because they don’t work. Either Covid is an issue and you want to go along with the protocols or you’re using it as an excuse.

I love this Burger King. They treat you with respect and we have never had bad experience with food or service.

Hadn't been to a Burger King in a long while. I was reminded why. Fries were fresh, over salty and just bland. Like eating fried carton. The Whopper was all bread and condiments. Hard to taste the beef.

11 minutes to get bacon king sandwich at the drive through. No sense of urgency at this place.
