The main reason is why they say they open until 10pm but it is only drive-thru seems like. It is 9:17pm and all doors are closed. ???
Love this place. Very nice employers, however the last couple times ive been, the Cajun filet has seemed to have turned into one of their supreme tenders. I understand things are tought right now but dont cheat the customer. I haven't said anything to a manager yet but i will collect my evidence the next time o come thru.
The location is pretty clean both inside and out, and the food is always hot, fresh, and made to order.
Glad dinning room is open again but they were out of fresh chicken, ours had been sitting under the light for a while and was dry.
Terrible food and I was definitely disappointed. Chicken looked like it was several days old. Almost ten dollars wasted on a meal I couldn't eat.
Staff was very friendly and provided great service. Food was good as usual.
Horrible food. Ordered via the drive thru. Arrived @ the window and the Bojangles employee read the order back word for word. Got home: Missing a drink and 2 chicken biscuits. The food was over cooked and tasteless. A total waste of $35.
First time at a Bojangles. They had made everything fresh. Better then I had expected.
Food is consistently good. Yes you might have a wait, like most fast food these days. Fast food workers are overworked & underpaid. Be patient. Be kind.
