Waited behind one person inside for 10 minutes while 3 of 4 staff handled drive thru. When the boy finished with the one person in front of us he went on to help the drive thru as well and ignored us like everyone else. Eventually a girl washing dishes helped us and in the meantime about 9 cars came through the drive thru line. Zero greetings,zero be with you shortly, zero sorry for the wait. Prime example of spoiled teenagers who want a job and money but don’t want to work. Definitely lost my business.

This is my local store and I love it. They get my coffee right about 90% of the time. The food quality is excellent and the staff is friendly.
My family and I had a death in the family, so we had been running around getting stuff done and wanted to try Baskin Robbins. This was the first time there and wanted to give it try. We checked the hours online, which stated they closed at 12am, we arrived before 11pm, waited behind another car for several minutes. They finally ordered and moved up and we pulled to the speaker to order, only to be told the car in front of us was their last car, they're closed now...REALLY!! We asked about the hours and the guy said that the hours changed during Covid and had not changed back..If that's the case, then corporate should really make sure their postings all state that! This was the first time my family has been to a Baskin Robbins and will probably be the LAST!! If I could do no stars I would, but you can't post without clicking on one.

Person taking orders on 5/8/2021 7 pm was extremely rude to my fiancé when all she asked for was 2 tumblers for Mother’s Day they acted as if it was such a burden to grab them from the front
You wouldn't expect it from their humble storefront, but this place is a treasure! They've been around for over 30 years and make their own ice cream. All natural too. They sell not only the common ice cream flavors, but also Persian ones.I especially enjoyed the ROSEWATER SAFFRON WITH PISTACHIOS. The butter pecan was also quite tasty :)
Asked for a hand packed quart of Ice cream. Can't do it due to Covid. Yet they can hand pack three scoops! When I asked what the difference was both girls eyes glazed over. Because that's what they were told. This place is always a mess...either ice cream is soft or has ice in it......
