Disappointing service. I asked for a medium well Wagyu burger and, like last time, it came out burnt instead. They advertised medium well and yet they can't seem to offer that up. What really brought it down was the unprofessionalism by the staff at the front. I asked to speak to a manager and the cashier said they're not available right now.The fries being good is the only reason the score isn't lower. With that said, you will find better fast food restaurants to get burgers as well as service.
Service - workers were very patient as we started dealing and splitting coupons with each otherAroma - could not remember smelling anythingTaste - there spicy chicken sandwiches were the best. The flavors added with the Arby's sauce was good. I did not try their horsey sauce but I believe it's like a spicy mayo.Presentation - we ordered almost one of everything on the menu. It did not look good as we anticipatedUniqueness - there Ruben sandwiches are unique by the sweet souressness and their chicken tenders were not unique at all. There Arby's sauce did at uniqueness flavor to themComfort - they have both booths and regular tables and chairs. Handicap accessible aswell.Price - about 7 for a small meal or 10-12 off a big meal. I'd say it is about right for fast food.
I’m not sure what has happened to this Arby’s, but went through the drive thru on 5/26/22 ordered a couple of meals, a sandwich and a large order of mozzarella sticks. The guy who was taking the order only spoke twice, once to say, can I take your order and another say pull around, he was very rude in the way he handled himself, not asking the usual questions like, what kind of drink with the meals, any kind of sauce with the nugget meal or even what kind of fries. We literally had to carry the order conversation. Then when we got to the window, the guy never gave us the total or receipt after he swiped the card. Then he handed us one drink and about five minutes later he handed us the food. We had to knock on the window to get second drink. Well once we got home, which is only a few minutes away, the bag was full of Arby’s sauce (33 to be exact, see picture) we did ask for a lot, but the amount was somebody being a smart a**. The mozzarella sticks were cold along with both sandwiches. It used to be that when you went to Arby’s, you got Chic-fil-a service for the beef side of the fast food industry. Now they’re no better than McDonald’s but at a very high price. I suggest y’all either hire better people, train the people y’all have to be better or just lower your prices to match the service and food.

Just tried the Diablo challenge chicken sandwich and all they had right was the bun. Had no sauce and no cheese and no peppers on it. All I got was a dry chicken sandwich. And on top of that no receipt to call and try to get it fixed…never going back there again
*UPDATE* I recently had given this location a low score, because of the service and quality that had gotten worse. I visited today and the young lady Kayleigh that took my order and brought it to me changed my opinion. She was Very friendly, had a smile and got my order perfect all the way around. I think in todays fast food and restaraunts this is Very huge because alot of people just dont care. I would like Kayleigh to get some recognition, a pat on the back etc. Because I now will visit this location more frequently as well as my family.
Food was great. Order was accurate. Fast service! We were 4th in line, had our food within 5 mins.
Very good fast food. I wish they still had the potato cakes. I really miss them.
Went through drive thru and the guy at the window was friendly. Other than him, the visit was overall trash! I ordered the $12 family meal and the 5 for $5 sliders and when I got home, I had seen that I never got my mozzarella sticks that I asked for that came with the family pack!? So I called the store the first time, no one answered. So I called AGAIN! A female answered the phone by just saying "hello" and when I explained to her what happened and how I didnt get my mozzarella sticks she just said "Okay" and then hung up!! Worst customer service I've ever received! I now see why they hardly ever have customers.
Order was thrown into the bag. Chicken sandwich has a large bone in it that almost broke my front tooth. I did complain on their website. They did give me a refund but it was a bit of a hassle
