Ot as good as expected... had to wait for a long time to get seated... when one whole side of the restaurant was not being used....when seated waitress was prompt. Ordered our beef cooked well done. Mine was raw in the middle, couldn't eat it. When I complained my food was taken off the bill.... I left very unhappy. Don't know if I will goback anytime soon
Hello I would like submit a formal complaint. The first Applebee's located at 3117 Washington rd Augusta,GA 30907. We arrived at about 12:00 pm. The server did not greet us upon arrival. After waiting in the front of restaurant for 5 minutes. The server came over and stated. "I am the only server here and it will be over a 1 hour wait". This unacceptable service from Applebee's. My family and I left and went to another Applebee's located at 505 N Belair Rd Augusta GA 30809. The hostess greeted us and we had a party 8 people. She stated the wait would be 30 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting and other customers are being seated. I went back to the hostess and advised we have been waiting for over 45 minutes to and hour. There was tables open and I told her because of size of our party we would greatly accept being seated at separate tables near or across from each other. I was told it was going to be another 10-15 minutes. They are are to clear the bar area prior to seating us. This is not acceptable and I feel that during a pandemic I have received excellent service from some of your competitors. Maybe this is a training issue or just employees that do not care what type service they are giving. I was here on vacation and never have a felt such a disgrace. I would NEVER return to these locations and will recommend that no one else. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
Bad experience all the way around. Wrong drink was brought out to me. Gave me a drink off the Happy hour menu when it wasn't asked for anything off of the Happy hour menu. My food was not hot. Mozzarella sticks were cold and appeared to be reheated in used oil because they were really dark. Mozzarella sticks were to come out first and they also put French fries on thw plate with the Mozzarella sticks and both were cold. Wings finally arrived and they were not hot as well. Just an all around bad experience at this location in Evans GA.
My go to applebees. Seriously, we eat here like twice a week. I have had a few issues, and I feel that is to be expected anywhere especially when you eat there as much as we do here, but the few issues we have had they have gone over and beyond to correct them and that means so much to me. Fabby is a great manager as well. So professional and kind.
I love the atmosphere in this place. There is no overpowering music that keep us from conversating. Our waitress was very attentive and patient as we placed our order. The food portions were ample and tasted great! It has become a favorite place to have a great meal!
Super Bowl Sunday. Picked up order. Missing Mozzarella sticks & Onion rings and had the wrong flavored wings - too hot. Called. Manager Jennifer said replacements would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there. No one knew why I was there and they hadn't started the food. Waited for over half an hour. Bonded with Door Dash drivers whose orders were messed up or lost. Got handed somebody else's food. Eventually they brought out mozzarella sticks and onion wrings, but ribs instead of the 20 wings. Good thing I insisted on checking. Asked about the wings. Gal said "he told me 10 wing." Guess she realized she had the receipt becaus she took back the ribs, then came back with 10 wings, not 20, and said I might as well keep the ribs. She offerex to go get the other 10. Said they were ready but I'd already missed the entire 2nd quarter & half the half time show, and the foid I did have was getting cold so I said close enough and left. She did apologize saying her kitchen was short handed. Wierd. The didn't have a single dine in customer come in while I was there and most of their tables were empty.
Car side to go is always HORRIBLE. I kept delaying my review in hopes it would get better and giving them every excuse possible (short staffed, covid, rush hour, whatever) but I’m done. Scheduled a pickup for 4:30pm. Way before dinner rush hour. I hot there at 4:25pm. Let them know I was there and crickets…. After calling their phone and receiving no live person I finally I walked in at 4:45pm to see me order just sitting there cold and stale. There was no one else that came through the car side to go and it was dead inside. And when I finally got my order they didn’t even get it right at that. I’m done. I only gave them 2 stars because if you eat inside the food is decent but the staff…. Not so much…. If you are going to pay more than fast food prices for pick up go ANYWHERE but here.
I had a steak and for Applebee's it was VERY good. My perfect margarita was delightful as well. My only complaint is didn't get my $4 and some change salad BEFORE my meal. The server took it off however I was looking forward to it. Overall it was really good.

Awesome waitress cook and floor manager. All took care of our needs. Waitress was superb and the manager made sure to speak with us and hats off to the cook the food was seasoned well and piping hot. Awesome experience.
