I ordered a large well done non seasoned fries and extra ice in my drink. Did not get either. No ice, and fries were soggy and so much salt I could bot eat them. They need to pay more attention to what the customer asks for.
Drivetru was super fast ? I made my order and when I got to the window to pay they already had my order ready.That's a big plus and the food tastes good.
I’ve been coming to this Zaxbys for YEARS! The new general manager is rude and will make this establishment go down hill! My encounter with the general on 1/27/2022 was unnecessary and disappointing. The general manager rolled her neck and eyes at me while talking. No one in the kitchen wears hair nets including the general manger. I’ll never come back to this establishment what so ever! Mevis is great and needs to be promoted as the general manager; Mevis knows how to treat and talk to guest appropriately.

Love the food at Zaxby's. My favorite comfort food. Food quality is always good and service is fast at this location. Mostly use their drive-thru choice here.
Got two buffalo blue salads and they forgot the salad dressing. Found out when I got to work. Really frustrating.
Every time I go through the drive up the service is fast and the customer service is polite.

The food is always good, but service is a hit and miss. The last time they forgot 2 baskets of toast. Another time they tossed in the wrong sauce. A different time they forgot the sauces on the side. Tonight, we arrive a couple minutes after the scheduled picked for our mobile order and I was told the ticket for our order just printed. A 10+ min delay in the printer? While I understand errors happen, they should have offered to comp part of our meal since we had to wait almost 10 mins and it a HUGE order. I changed to 5 stars since the did throw in extra toast. At least there was effort to make up for their mistake.
