Delicious and authentic Chinese food, done with a Korean sensibility. The menu reminds me of the traditional 중화요리 houses back in Seoul. They hand-make all their noodles and dumplings in-house. I ordered the house lo mein with shrimp, and was happy to see it come loaded with veggies including bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, bok choy, and onions. A nice splash of jalapeños gave it a slight Thai / Malay twist. It was wok fried and retained the smokiness. Nice chewy noodles and well seasoned, just a tad on the salty side, so if you’re low sodium, just let them know in advance. The entire staff from the cashier to the chef to the back of house people are personable and kind. Would not hesitate to send people here at all! They have some healthy options as well although a lot of it does tend to be the richer food we associate with gourmet Korean Chinese food.
I ordered Mapo Tofu and the Tangsooyook (Sweet & Sour Pork) through door dash and I am ADDICTED ? I can say I have it at least 2-3 times a week ? the Stir-fried tofu and bok choy was delicious as well so much flavor.I’m basically attempting to go down the menu and try every item. Thank you for the delicious food! I appreciate it very much.
