The store owner(s) should really take time to read these reviews. The customer service here is AWFUL! They mess up your order, then when you bring it to a manager’s attention in hopes of a resolution, you’re met with verbal abuse. Save yourself the headache, DO NOTCOME TO OR ORDER FROM THIS STORE!
Their menu and website are great, but we ordered pickup and all the fries were soggy and all the fancy fry flavors don’t actually taste any different - we all got something different and all of them were the same. The wings weren’t cooked all the way. When I went to get our fountain drinks, about a 1/3 of the flavors were dark and some of the ones that weren’t didn’t actually have any flavor. Also, we ordered both blue cheese and ranch and got all ranch.
Placed an order on Saturday morning for Sunday at 6pm. Got to the restaurant at 6:15 and was informed the wings wouldn’t be ready until well after 7. Absolutely unacceptable if we place an order for a time and the restaurant cannot fulfill it, it shouldn’t be an option to order.
Usually don’t get reviews like this but…. Despite the negative reviews I chose to go here still. And the rumors are true unfortunately. The wings I ate put me in the toilet all night. They were not cooked all the way through.I will not be returning to this location. Sad cause this is one of my favorite wing places.
Had a DoorDash order an hour before they closed. They accepted it I even called wanting to change something and they told me they would. I waited for an hour my dasher gets to the store and is waiting then all of a sudden the store cancelled my order. They literally had an HOUR and just decided to never make the order. Completely unacceptable. Now everything is closed and I’d have to wait another hour if I wanted to order from anywhere else.
Young lady who picked up the phone was super rude and kept giving us an attitude. We were just trying to get information about the menu and was told to “go online to order”. Horrible customer service!!!
I don’t know how this was possible but the worse I mean the worse customer service I ever dealt with last night, one dude in the front didn’t want to help anyone and for any issue he says you can get a refund. I waited 1 hour for a simple order but I was not the only one. How you get mad at me for messing up my order and not telling me the wait would be a hour. The one dude argued with numerous people over mistakes he made. I seen him go in an out bags multiple times. These are not wing experts and not sure how the one guy with the locks and beard even got hired. Instead of trying to fix my order he says “you can get your money back” and he did this to other customers before me. Would never go back again. They all seem like they hate working there and this place needs new management. Don’t go to this LOCATION!
My wings aren’t even cooked all the way. This means y’all are bringing the meat from the grease too early. Check the food y’all!
Horrible service, rude management, they aren’t following Covid protocol for food safety. I made an order, arrived at the latest time food was to be ready and I had to wait another 10 minutes. My order was wrong and I didn’t realize it till I opened the sealed box and touched the food.When I brought it to the girl at the counter she pulled my order ticket, took the food that she saw I looked at touched, & breathe on, yelled at the kitchen help, put the food back in the prep area, had me wait for the redo, refused to credit or refund me, didn’t apologize, put my order in the same container that they dirtied and put sauce all over, and handed to me. I asked for the manager and she told me she was the manager! My thighs were dried out and covered with lemon salt! Unbelievable! If you care about your health and safety do not order from this location!
Omg....THIS place is awful. I don't even know where to START. The employees were friendly, but they didn't have gloves or mask on. Their hair was not in a ponytail. The main cook came from the back licking his fingers. He only SANITIZED them because I was standing there looking at all of them in disbelief. Someone walked out because the main girl there had to use the bathroom and the other 2 apparentlydidn't know how to ring up an order.. She was the cook, cashier, and whatever else they needed. This business is just completely OFF. And it didn't seem like it was just for this night , this is the standard for the establishment. I will NEVER go back here. EVER.
