Formerly MJ’s tacos which I went to a ton in the past for lunch, they have reduced their quantity of menu items, but specialize in tacos, fries, and wings which are pretty good. They have a ton of options for flavors and spice levels so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. It’s just a casual lunch/dinner spot and it’s pretty solid. I would recommend you stop by here if you’re in the area.
Do not order the hibachi chicken. I should have tried the wings and gotten hibachi from Japanese restaurant. The hibachi was disgusting and I was regretting my choice all the way home because all I could smell was cooked broccoli. The veggies were soggy and chicken was tasteless. Maybe they should just stick to chicken wings; hopefully they are better. Definitely not going back there.
This spot is right by my house. I come here a lot to get a beer and a bite to eat. The food is no frills, plenty of fusion foods as well as American staples. The quesidilla with kimchi in it is awesome.I wish the wings were a bit bigger though.
This restaurant has a lot to offer at affordable prices. I recommend giving a try, you won’t be disappointed.
The wings at wings hut have never disappointed me. I’ve only had the medium, hot and xtra hot and there’s not much of a difference between the medium and hot (both are very good flavors by the way) but the xtra hot definitely HAS a kick! I’ve done to go and also dine in and both times the food was just as delicious. The wings are the perfect Crispy-ness and delicious. They give you a good portion of celery and they also sell beer if you’re looking to get wings and drink some beer as well. Wings hut has both draft and bottles of beer as well. The fries are also very good, they’re not salted heavily seems like they’re not really salted but it works out because they have fry seasoning but the best part is that the fries are crispy and crunchy but soft in the inside! Also the dining area is pretty spacious!
Back then when it was MJ taco and wings, this place has five star. But now it is average at best. Sadly due to the pandemic, the wing size went down and the quality somewhat went down. It became more of a just take out place. Some of the taco is bland and the sauce seem to be watered down from before. Still decently good but not as how I remember it. Dining in is extremely clean but it's so slow even on the holiday weekend. If you want a quick bite for a decent price this is your place. Just think of a Korean version of American deli but with tacosCriticism: There's a lot of wing place now. If you're going to do Wing or if you're going to do anything generic, make it special so that people want to come back. Offer sauces to the side rather than leave it to the customer to go up and grab.I want to see this place succeed and adapt to the current situation a little bit better.
The cashier had a NASTY attitude, while I was ordering my food she was so impatient for NO REASON! There was 1 couple behind me waiting to order so the restaurant was not busy at all. If you want the community to support your business, make sure the customer has a pleasant experience from start to finish. Won't waste my money coming back here just because of her bad attitude.
I got the fish and shrimp Hawaiian tacos, honey garlic wings and the sweet and spicy fries. The fries, OMG, the best crispy & crunch fries ever! The wings also had nice glaze yet still crunch initial bite. The tacos were good- I ordered 2 without knowing each order comes with 2 so in total, there was 4 which was a nice surprise. Will definitely try others on the menu next time.
Food and service was great. We used to come here before the ownership changed. Still great food and few additional items. We had the chicken, pork and beef tacos on flour tortillas and the parmesan ranch fries. Chicken was spicy but delicious.
Good service, good food. Food still taste like mj tacos but the fries are different. All together the food is still great.
