Place was great, I hardly waited for my drink. Snacks and pastries were on point. Nothing too sweet. Will be coming here often after Ramen!
I stopped by on a whim to get some boba. The boba was perfectly fine. The reason why I wouldn't recommend this particular cafe is because the pricing. Mozart Bakery offers the same Korean Bakery/Cafe experience with a cheaper menu and baked goods at far more reasonable price. So if that is what you are after, unless money is of no concern, why pay more when you can get get the same experience at other locations for substantially less.
I Do not recommend this location for variety or quality on Saturday morning at 10am. Price did not make any sense, so expensive beyond reason for the area. Also they had cakes being unloaded hauled in and then open pastry cart in the middle of the main floor (left side of the entrance). No way I will ever go back.
Highly recommended ? The service is excellent, the drinks and food are delicious, and the atmosphere and location are great !
The owners and staff are so sweet and kind. The pastries and sweets are well made and tasty. My only issue is that they aren’t closer to my house. I drive 30 minutes to get their delicious honey comb bread and a caramel macchiato (my personal favorites). Trust me when I say the vibes, food, drinks, and pleasant service is well worth the drive.
Cute & cozy environment with a clean, light wood design & scattered with a pop of fresh green plants. I could camp out here forever and knock out some work.Things you should know:I. LOCATIONWithin the Sugarloaf Walk Apartment complex, on the corner of the first floor. Parking is convenient and free in their private lot out front.II. SERVICEfriendlyIII. QUALITYGreat, like the main branch. Their selection isn't as large as the original but that's totally okay. The vibe here makes up for it.IV. CAPACITYFor a Saturday morning, the flow of people in and out is pretty heavy but there were always available seats. So don't worry, you won't be left stranded without a table.
This white windmill is reminiscent of the smaller one also in Duluth but larger, more modern with less of the charming colloquial feel of the other one. Service was fast and friendly and pastries just as pillow like as the other one. Also got a vanilla latte that was tasty. If you're in the area I do recommend
I like white windmill bakery but it’s time to add some dairy-free / vegan bakery options. Oat or coconut milk instead of milk/butter.
The red bean fish shape bun is delicious. It is toasted and to my surprise the red bean paste inside the bun is sweet and smooth. The hot honey ginger tea is great and paired perfectly with the fish delicacy.
Great cafe to some yummy treats and caffeine. They have cream puff pastry that are shaped like fish that are super addicting. Good place to hang out with friends.
