I had the best experience at this Waffle House on April 16th, 2022. It felt like an out of body experience. Our waitress was quick, easy going, and helpful. The food was otherworldly. Every single item in my All Star special slapped. The overall vibe of this place was relaxing. Service was quick, I simply cannot say enough good things about my experience. Would absolutely recommend.
Went in at 11:06 PM this lady said that she cannot let us dine in for food…We drove here and she said she’s gonna get overwhelmed by 4 people that were in the restaurant what in the world. She had terrible attitude towards me and my nephews, if she’s still there and we get denied service from that employee my friends and family that were there will all leave a one star review. Who kicks someone out because “she’s overwhelmed” by 4 people that just got done being served. She was just there standing still while the guy was doing all the work.
Poor customer service, was made to feel like I was bothering them, food was just ok and that’s being nice
Lost power, so head to the dependable waffle house for breakfast. Good and consistent. Always.
Nobody comes here because they are sanitary however, you would never want the manager instructing the cook about killing an infestation of fruit flies while you're eating at the bar. Then the manager was spraying a chemical to kill them. The smell was horrid. Not even mentioning how nasty the sneeze shield at the counter was or how nasty (food left on the counyer) the counter was. This visit was at 1030 am... no rush, there were 4 other patrons in there while I was there.Be aware of this location, let's see what their corporate office says about this or even the health department for Gwinnett County. I recorded all of it.
This was a really nice place, food is very good and the people there are very nice I strongly recommend it if you're looking for a nice breakfast
So so yommy I think you can get and it good for you taststes so gooderi recommend for you and and family and friends????
So I walk in at 4 am on 11-5-21. Girl tells me togo orders only. But 2 of her friends are sitting there having breakfast at counter. I'll also bet they got food for free. Then locked door after I left. It's employees like her that make good businesses have togo out of business. Giving friends food & sorry customer service. Will never go back to that waffle house.
Ellen and Steve exemplify everything that one would desire from a Waffle House. Even more than that, they represent the American dream. I cannot recommend Enough. Would give them more stars if I could.
No welcome when walked in, staff all standing around like they didn't want to work, full of lazyness all tables were piled up with dishes not wiped down and pretty sure they had a down x where they could of used their time wisely because when we walked in it was not busy at all.Wiped tables as people walk in and sit down to wipe down a table ??♀️Need to hire people that actually want 2 work. Did not see the health inspection posted anywhere inside.Checked bulletin, behind walls, restrooms and kitchen and did not see anywhere. Waitress Anteria S. walked up without saying goodmorning so I took the INITIATIVE to greet to make sure she was doing well. ????♀️ Finally saw a man whom came in that was actually working hard and smiled and asked if he was the manager I did inform him of everything I observed and he handled the situation well . Thank you Alex he deserves the 5 stars but not the staff.
