Hmmmmm…. Organization is at an all time low. No dedicated to go person. Waited 20 mins to still not have our order taken. Tried to order an omelette but there machine was down, then manager yelled they were too busy to do it another way. We ended up walking out due to our order still never being taken. By far my worst Waffle House experience
Went there today (4/9/22), was welcomed in by Kya. She is very sweet, personable, and giving great customer service. She did not skip a beat when I seen the other customers coming in as well; giving a pleasant atmosphere.Also my food was fresh and seasoned well. The chefs were cooking it up on the grills. Definitely will be coming back for more.
Horrible service. Won’t answer the phones to place an order. Have gone in 4 times and was unable to be served because they were “closed” …. A 24 hr establishment with workers inside is closed ? Don’t waste your time. Go to another location
Worst experience at any Waffle House. Walked in at 1:30 pm for lunch and I was told they had “just shut down” but the cook was still cooking. Wouldn’t tell me when they would open again. Picks up their phone just to hang up on you.Avoid this place at all costs.

Have ate at the waffle house all my life when you walk in to eat and they say they are waiting on shift change and they are not serving guests kinda make you mad have never experienced that before just sounds like he didn't want to work so if you want breakfast there before 7 good luck probably want get it
Closed again. It is 7:39 a.m. There are workers on the building, but can't get a cup of coffee after work! Not the first time they've done this is sad! I like the dark roast
AVOID THIS PROBLEM!!!! Don’t go here, you won’t be served. Walked in Sunday evening and before we got in the door good they say we’re not serving customers but, there are 2 families sitting there and food being cooked how are you not taking orders, go to the Waffle House on Pleasant Hill instead if you’re in the area.
This place was BUSY but the food came FAST & PERFECT! Need raises bcuz this particular crew handled the crowd in a clean and professional manner
