It's it's 2 a.m. on a Tuesday night and there's 2 Waffle House employees and 8 customers. I was told they are closed because they are short staff. I 40 years old I been to waffle house 100s of time with 2 or 3 staff and 30+ customers. This 18 year old server is the only thing short... of brain cells. She must have made her $30 quote for the night and is happy living in poverty.
If I didn't love the waffles I would have left. The customer service in this place stinks. I waited 35 minutes at the counter for someone to take my order. I watched as several people were waited on on another end of the counter and several walk-in take out orders. When I flagged a worker down another reached out and said I'll be with you. Well she never came. I asked another lady her statement was that not my area, sorry. There were 9 people working and I could not get one person to assist me. I will think twice before visiting this location because the customer service is a 1!
This particular waffle House just like the other four waffle Houses that I have been to are misleading when it comes to their open 24-hour policy. On a Sunday morning in Duluth or Lawrenceville do not attempt to come to a waffle house at 6:00 a.m. you will be disappointed. No service at all or rude employees. if you want Sunday service at waffle House in Duluth or Lawrenceville you need to go at 8:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. when it's really crowded and you have to wait about an hour or two to get your food. That's pathetic. They should do better or just close down the waffle houses because they are not equipped to handle 24 hour service. Plan the shift change accordingly, so you don't have to shut down for an hour or more. Here's another suggestion, put on your websites that you are closing from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. for shift change Monday through Sunday or whenever you close or shut down for shift change. Make that known to customers instead of misleading customers and saying you're 24 hours because you're not especially on Sundays in Gwinnett county!!!!!
Hadn't been to Waffle House for a while so stopped when we were traveling. Great hash browns and bacon. Koi was an awesome server. It's a happy place.
I liked the hash browns with the onions and jalapeños. Eggs were good and the biscuit and gravy was just okay for me.
Just left this place. I walked in around 2:30 pm. There was a young black guy at the counter who watched when I walked in. He did some stuff at the counter then told a young woman sitting at the counter, to give a woman his number.I continued to wait but I was still not served.If you check your camera footage, you’ll see it all.I’ll never return. This particular branch was my first visit and they have lost my business.Why do you hire workers who bring your business such negative reviews and bad reputation? Maybe it’s worth it to you

Came in one night and it was a large group of people it was only two guys on duty they handled everything so fast and smoothly they made my order so good I tipped and order more to go I really appreciate how they both changed their gloves after each encounter I knew I was in good hands because that's very important in the food industry thanks guys
My waiter was very polite and super quick with everything. Our food was delivered fairly fast and everything was great and clean.
