I normally NEVER take the time to put a review in on ANY business, however this has happened multiple time when ordering from Vinny’s Duluth.. Every time that I order from this place they ALWAYS forget something from my order whether I pick it up or have it delivered.. I even call them after ordering with them (delivery) to make sure the order is correct and still finds a way to be wrong.. One worker there argued with me that one of the things I ordered was in the bag.. I have NO reason to lie about some meatballs.. Then said that they would deliver the meatballs to my home.. NEVER showed up.. Need to take more pride in their work ethic and brand..
Good evening ???Let’s just say the Pros first to be positive ?…The ? pizza was a really good flavor, they could have added more cheese too !!!They added my peppers to my Alfredo as requested and even my 2 garlic knots…Thank you ❤️ …Pasta ?is suppose to come with BREAD ? ??!!!!!Now the CONS:Pizza ? was COLD and they didn’t follow my instructions for 1/2 the pizza ? with pepperoni and pineapple ? and the other half pepperoni, and sausage !!!!Alfredo sauce was BLAND and flavorless ?The 1st picture of the Alfredo ? is what was delivered to me with the green garnish ☘️The second picture is after I doctored the pasta ? up with some Italian seasoning , salt , and garlic salt?I guess I gotta go to Italy ?? to get some good pasta ? cause these restaurants allergic to flavor and seasoning ??♀️?!!!!
Update. Stay away from this place. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund. I asked for the manager. There isn't a manager. I asked who is in charge. No answer. I would highly suggest that no one order from this place. This used to be a good pizza place, but no one is actually running the shop. I had to call door dash for a refundPlease see the picture of my pizza. They just dumped like a pound of pepperoni on one side with no organization or anything. It looks disgusting, and it is cold.
The Chicken parmigiana was fantastic. The Chicken cutlet was perfectly breaded and tender! The white pizza was also delicious. It was nice to see classic familiar Italian dishes amongst an array of delicious pizza options.

Our server, Luis was hands down the best. Was on top of things before I could even let the words come out of my mouth. Thank you for such a great time.People this place is a MUST‼️
Excellent pizza, excellent service. Placed a caprese pizza order for pickup through ChowNow for 11:15. Unbeknownst to me they had a huge delivery order for 85 pizzas that morning so they "accepted" my order for 11:45. Unfortunately ChowNow didn't notify me despite having my phone number on file so when I arrived at 11:12 they hadn't even started my pie. Despite the fault lying with ChowNow and not the restaurant (the manager showed me the ticket which had both my requested and their accepted time), the manager was very apologetic and offered me a free drink and dessert. The caprese pizza was also excellent. Reminded me of pizza I had in Rome in 2015! Good memories before COVID.

I will no longer be eating here. Ever since ownership changed to this Don Lee dude, food is not as good. Everything is overpriced. If your food is going to be overpriced at least clean your bathrooms.
I came for the first time on Saturday to pick up lunch to go. Walked into a wonderful greeting even though the credit card system was down the manager was very apologetic and offered a beverage for my wait. Great service! Best Italian I’ve had since i moved from NY! Strongly recommended.Will definitely be back soon!
Open Christmas Eve. No lines no waiting. However a bit short staffed. Food was still really good. They no longer offer Free garlic roll appetizers like they used to . I guess this is just a sign of The Times.
