We love getting the Chirashi here. The fish is delicious, fresh, and such a good deal for $25! We love the couple that runs this store as well, the always give excellent service and are very friendly. Highly recommend!!Since it is just them running it, you have to call ahead and reserve since they need a headcount for how many they can serve. Usually day of is fine in our experience.
I think this place is on its way out of business. Not many employees, looks old and dark, reservation and takeout only. Complaints by customers of business being closed during operating hours. Furthermore The restaurant hours seem to be based around owners freetime not rush hours. I Think the owners are just waiting out their lease so they can close and retire. Ill change my review in the future if things change. But ive seen business who went out of business before and this one is showing all the signs. Maybe one day this would have been considered a gem. But now its probably just a rock.
Amazingly delicious homemade food. Authentic Donburi just like in Japan.The restaurant is running by sweet couple only. We like the taste and the atmosphere. Definitely will be back.
This is only one authentic Japanese restaurant in Atlanta area as long as I know. Everything is good here but my favorites are Chirashi Sushi bowl and steak dinner.
This is a real deal sushi place. If you like premium fish and don't mind paying market price, this is the place to go. The Toro is awesome, but then again so is everything else on the menu. Reservations required for dine in while I was visiting.
Tokyo Shokudo in Duluth is truly a hidden gem. Fresh and great quality sashimi for a reasonable price even in the pandemic and high inflation era. It’s meant for those who love authentic Japanese foods.
Reliable. This mom and pop place is our favorite place to get sushi. It’s a quaint restaurant that always has fresh seafood and fish. We frequent this place quite often … it’s a family favorite!
Such a cute, intimate place. The scallops and yellowtail carpaccio were so so good! Since there are only 2 people there (cute older couple) the service is a little slow, but the food is so worth it. Best sashimi in town :')

What a place!! Prices are incredible, the attention is really nice, cozy clean & relax, chef is super friendly. Rolls are just AMAZING
