I have gone here a lot over the years. The tofu soup is very good and the side dishes are simple classics. On my hungrier days i love getting the soup and short rib combo. These days I notice their business is quite slow. It makes me sad to see it. I don't want to lose this place so please give it a try. :)
They changed the name to Tofu Villege &BBQ, I have been going here for years and i absolutely adore them.
Not very accommodating. They won't substitute something that is on your meal for something else. I wanted to sub glass noodles instead of rice .and I was willing to pay extra and I was told no I would have to pay $16 meaning but it separate I tried to reason and it was still no. But the food is great
Great place to get Korean tofu soup. They provide a decent variety of bonchons and a fried fish before your entree. Relatively affordable and staff is friendly. Everything I had was delicious.
Great food and options !!
Good Korean food. Nice staff. Spicy was just right. Delicious.
Delicious food. The inside didn’t look very comforting. I got the 4 tofu soups to go and they put the containers in very travel friendly packaging. The soup can feed two people.
I got the lunch box squid and lunch spicy pork and both were great. The seafood soup was another excellent dish and had lots of great flavor and soft tasty tofu. Way better than a usual side soup you might find elsewhere.
I come here at least once a week. The owner is so friendly and the food is amazing. It is a very small business, so if you go during peak times, expect some wait. I do avoid going on Mondays because how crazy it is.I always get the tofu w/ beef soup. The rice and soup is served in a stone pot to keep everything hot the entire meal. All the kimchi is great and if you ever need more, they bring you as much as you wish.
Owner was nice food was good. You can tell how the food is going to be when you taste the banchan (side dishes). If you’re planning to dine-in, please call ahead and check their hours!!
