Ordered twice at this location, there was always something missing in at least one of our drinks.In addition, flawed design for their x-large cups with certain drinks.Example: Milo boba milk. They would use this cap for the x-large cup. Straw would end up being too short. They also put a sticker to cover the hole on the cap so you can shake the drink, but the seal is not perfect so some of the drink would end up spilling. Lastly, when you peel off the sticker to drink from the cup, the cap would be sticky and ugly.
Decent place for boba but their signature teas with brown sugar don’t allow for customization. The staff was friendly.
I get to try the famous tiger sugar milk tea finally. It's not sweet as much as kung-fu tea or gongcha. I liked it but it wasn't that special taste like advertisements. Just less sweet and nice interior
Authentic Taiwanese brown sugar boba drinks. Pretty awesome ! We had no1 and it’s great.
The drinks themselves were amazing, albeit it was more ice than drink. I got the oolong tea. The boba were cooked to perfection and the tea had an actual nice tea flavor. However, the issue was more about atmosphere. The music was way too loud and i had to yell to get my order across the cashier. There was barely any sitting area either. Overall, the atmosphere was extremely stressful. Also, it’s extremely uncommon for a tea shop to not allow customization. I asked for less sugar and less ice and they said they couldn’t do that, which was strange.

Idk what’s wrong with this Tiger, the menu is slightly different, the drinks are way worse than other tiger locations. The coffee brown sugar I order is no where comparable to the Dallas location. This one is overly sweet, it doesn’t have the brown sugar rich taste, and the coffee is so light.
This is my first and last time visiting this location. The rumors are true, great product but horrible service. I will never visit this location ever again. The staff is more concerned with flirting and messing around behind the counter than taking orders, making orders, and being friendly. I asked a gentleman about his drink because it looked so good and he told me it was #4 caramel, but mocha is also really good. I went to order it and the guy behind the counter told me that no, you can’t have a #4 with caramel or mocha, so I guess they pick and choose who they want to serve. The staff took forever to make my drink, laughing and staring, making me worry that they were doing something inappropriate to my drink. It was a bad experience and I will not return. Although you may not care about one persons opinion, I know I’m not the only one, and you should really start to care about the customer service experience to all of your customers, not just the staff favorites. Get your staff in check.
I’ve got Brownsugar bubble tea( which is very famous worldwide). The boba felt like it was scatter into pieces. Overall the atmosphere and the taste was ok.
