Last night was in drive through for 40 min.Want to buy Mexican pizza. When I get to order they said they are out of it.I requested to please put the sign out there for customer so they do not waste time.Customer service lady told me to get out of the line. Worst ever. If y’all are going to raise prices make it worth it. 30$ … We came to order inside since we had a uhal 15’ truck. And we were waiting for legit 40-50 min . People were complaining my man was nice enough to tell me it was ok we can just go get food somewhere else. When I honestly was about to go up front and go off. Paying 30$$$ for a fast food and the wait is 50 min no thank you.
Came to taco bell around 12 30 AM, and the line was barely moving. Understandable it was late. The lady that took my order that night had an Angelic voice. She was very patient and repeated my order. I was kindly greated at the window and she made my night with her hospitality. I order 3 regular crunchy tacos and my god. It was Divine. The chef in the back blessed my taste buds that night. It was the juiciest and the meatiest tacos I have consumed yet. I cried a little bit. Thank you for those two individuals that night, and you guys should consider giving them a little bonus or a raise :). Happy customer
A bunch of nasty individuals. Just as nasty as the store. Health department needs to shut this location down. I am going to call them in the morning. Taco Bell needs to clean house at this location.
I made the mistake of pre ordering my food way too early and the manager was extremely helpful! Very polite and kind, offered to remake my food. Food was hot and fresh.
This location always is polite and friendly plus my order is always right and made well. I really appreciate the employees here for everything they do.
I came to visit a few days ago and I legit wanted to throw up after I left. I asked for hot sauce and as I was eating and reached in the bag for sauce I touched this expired dirty sauce all over the hot sauce packets. I had to stop eating.Taco Bell sells you on the idea that they provide cheap Mexican food at a value. But the truth is it’s low quality food that would be much cheaper if you went and bought the ingredients in bulk.It’s more expensive upfront but I promise it will be much healthier and cheaper yourself. I probably will never be back here again. 0/5 stars
WORST Taco Bell I have ever ever been too… Was in line for over thirty minutes and soon as I get to the window the lady tells me to hold on we will be right with you politely I say okay and wait… five minutes go by…. Ten minutes go by….. I decided to wait another five minutes cause I know most restaurants are under staff, understand they don’t have enough people, understand the how hard they work in the kitchen but to have a paying customer wait in line that long was not right.. I go to the window after that the lady was so rude told told me I can’t take your order at the window I said Miss I’ve been waiting at that speaker and no response back for sooooo long two other lady’s come from the back looking like Debo from the movie Friday I was even scared and say is this order going to be short or not and I’ll take it …. Like what in the world are you serious… the staff their is lazy and incompetent if you don’t wanna work there just let someone else who wants to work come to work… If you want to leave very upset and hungry I in courage you to stop there.. left super hungry and upset very sad for this Taco Bell and believe me I love Taco Bell but the service there oh man sad sad sad.
Everything is usually good. But can taco bell please STOP doing that taping Everything. It be xtra! I can never get my straw in. This xtra safety measure is ridic
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We waited in the drive thru for almost 20 mins only to get yelled at by the staff that we can’t place an order without a car. Our van would not go through the drive thru, at least have another way that people can order. You can’t order online for this specific location or go in and order. PLEASE STOP YELLING AT CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU DO NOT GIVE US ANOTHER WAY TO ORDER. If there was a way to give negative stars I would. Very disappointed.
