Considering this is a 4.5 star place I decided to take my friends for a coffee and a taste of pastry. I understand we arrive very close to their closing time. But the way they treated us was absolutely non-acceptable. ALL WRONG GUYS! If you have a restaurant and there’s customer still eating even if you’re closed you don’t start yelling that you’re closed and everybody needs to leave! That is an absolutely NO! This place should never and ever have a 4.5 star! That’s not the way to treat people! We literally got kicked out of there. Believe while they were doing the closing and getting ready to leave home we could have finished our coffee and left. From a customer service standing point I would have shutdown this place for being rude to us and all the people in there. Never and ever kick out the people (customer/consumer) that consume in this place. We are the reason why this business is open because customers go in here and consume. Sorry but no a way to treat people!

I’ve been to a couple of their other locations and their baked goods are delicious. This location did not disappoint. I wasn’t in the mood to cook so I picked up a variety of savory buns and sweet buns for dinner.
Found this place by accident while visiting Duluth. It was packed from the outside and when I came in, I can tell why. They have an amazing modern bakery/restaurant atmosphere. They have decently priced items such as Asian pastries and bread, cakes, cheesecakes, sandwiches, etc. Service was friendly as well.
I give therm 3 stars because the food is great! Service, too! Everything I ate there is delicious which must be either because the food is really good or because in one of my previous lives I was an Asian... Nevertheless, a few things I like less: first is cleanliness! From sticky tables to trash on the floor. Unacceptable! Secondly, the plasticware is very flimsy, you can't cut through a simple slice of cake, as you can see in the picture. Thirdly, about 75%-80% of the tables are occupied for hours by youngsters on their tablets, laptops, phones, etc., that can't even afford one drink, often times, we either have to wait for a table to clear or take the food to go, maybe there should be a time limit, people can abuse the Wi-Fi.

Ordered at 2:25pm and it’s 3pm, went to check on my order and they said they forgot
Wait for 20 minutes nobody asking anything, I’m waiting for to order birthday cake even though I’m front of the other people. The lady on the phone and she saw me when she got off the phone and walk away without asked me anything. The cake take a little bit sour (weird tasted ) and service horrible.
Wow I was not expecting how great this place was! It's a bit of a shock walking in as there's so many different options, but it's amazing. There's a bakery you can walk through, and then a menu for food and drinks.I will mention that the food can range from bland to the best food in duluth. The sweet/hot burger and fries were so good I would pay double for it! (it's $12). The peach pear apricot slush was incredible!The seating area is comfy with some private booths. So far this has been my favorite place to eat in duluth! Will be taking any family or friends here when they visit!
This place has delicious desserts and they’re not too sweet. Just perfect.
