My coworker recommended this Subway to me today and to be honest I was weary due the reviews however I had a very pleasant experience! Enough to write a review. The owners were nice and we had a pleasant conversation about how they were the oldest subway in gwinnett county and have been there for 30 years! I will be stopping by regularly now since I work nearby. :) Food was good too!
Visited this subway lunch/dinner and had a great experience. The owner was very kind and welcoming and the restaurant was very clean. The food tasted great and the owner wasn’t stingy with stopping. would recommend.
The food was great,the steak & cheese sandwich brought joy to my mouth, store is so nice and clean

So it’s 8.40 pm and the lady at the counter says subway is closed… there is only one customer inside finishing her order and the lady at the counter says she can’t make any more sandwich for the evening since she is alone and all by herself. Extremely unprofessional and zero customer service. I have been here before and every time there is only one staff and they r pretty good, but tonight seemed to be a new employee with no smile on her face and no willingness to make a sandwich !! Improve your customer service else all this location will get is bad reviews… terrible customer service the owner needs to check on the employees
