Mobile ordering is turned off entirely too often for this store. In addition, the baristas vary widely in either skill level or how much they care. There is one barista that always says good morning in nose my name and the drinks are always ready when you walk in the door. Another barista works very slowly, has to remake drinks and frequently have to wait several minutes for a drink to be made even though I always place my order at exactly the same point in my commute. Typically problems like this come from the top down. It's usually a management issue.
Did not fill my venti cup, did the same thing to the car in front of me. If I wanted less, I would’ve ordered a smaller size. Starbucks is too expensive to not get a full cup. These are pics before and after the whip cream melted. Extremely disappointed.
My most visit starbuck shop in this area but after the pandemic maybe lack of manpower so they open very limited. This shop closes for dine in very often and you need to queue a very long line for a cup of cappuccino
They might run out of a lot of items on the menu and the wait can sometimes be really long, but the drive thru workers are always SO kind and polite, they really do everything they can to be efficient and sweet!!
Alot of people wanna complain about costumer service but they don't put themselves in the employees shoes and realize what they go through aswell. I went last time to order a strawberry acai and as always greeted them asked them how are they and treated them WITH RESPECT. Once I went to the window the employee gave me my drink for free because i was so kind. It made me really happy because just a little kindness and respect really changes peoples attitude.
This morning it seems that we had a new team member who was clearly struggling on drive thru orders. Line was backed up to order then clear to window. Worst of all is getting something you didn’t order because she’s not familiar with the drinks. Ordered grande nonfat latte hot - got a cafe mocha. ?I guess if this is the worst thing to happen to me today, then I can deal. ?

Best Starbucks ever! I get my very specific coffee here everyday and the staff is wonderful! Always so polite and even if they’re not, they seem happy to be at work. My drink taste delicious everytime! Eliana is my favorite, but they all are great!
I just left this place, they were absolutely rude to me. The lady asked my name 3 times and still didn’t get it right, the other worker got mad that I corrected her, then I wasn’t able to get my free cup due to them giving me a horrible attitude. Usually I have great service in Starbucks but this was the most far experience I ever had smh. Please do better
Horrible service ever!!First I had to wait 30-40mins in line just to find out I had my order all wrong. The lady’s that were at the cash register were just making fun of people talk about disrespect. Second of all the lady was trying to give me 4 drinks without a cup holder and it cause to spill on my vehicle and everywhere on me which caused burns on my body of how hott the 4 coffees she gave me. Ones I left they both the lady at the cash register with curly hair and the dark skin girl laughed at me (LOUD AND CLEAR). I will never go back there again just for the burn marks on my body which I will have to visit the ER.* Avoid *
