Ordered two venti mango dragonfruit refreshers and was not told they were out. Waited over 10 mins in drive-thru line to be served this. Tastes like lemonade and worker was not accommodating at all she lied and said that it was still the same drink but without the dragon fruit pieces. This is unacceptable, if we had been told beforehand that they were out we would have ordered something else and not paid close to $12 for these drinks

I decided to add a new review as the service here has much improved. This is a very busy location so do expect a wait. The staff are friendly but there are still a few mess ups on the baked goods. I get my coffee but few times I've been waiting for mobile pick up and they have forgotten the food items for the order or its missing the condiments or utensils. Other thank that the coffee is good. The drive thru is better serviced than the mobile pick or instore up so keep that in mind.

Wish I could give a negative star! I ordered a Pistachio Latte, and that is my favorite thing on Starbucks’ menu and I’ve had it several times in other locations and it is absolutely delicious.This Pistachio Latte was just cinnamon and milk and water! Extremely disappointed, I cannot even smell Pistachio in this let alone taste it.I just wasted $6 on some disgusting milk and cinnamon

One of the few places where you get every single ounce in the cup size you order!Just because we're going through a rough time economically some other coffee shops are adding more ice or water over milk or flavor. We are still paying the same if not more for our drinks. We work hard for our money.

I am one of the loyal costumers in this location and I come here every morning ! Ellie and Jamie always provide me the highest service and are the best but there was one incident where this blonde hair lady was rude as hell. I usually pay using app and sometimes it gets frozen and one morning, After I pulled up to get my order , this blonde lady was ready to scan my phone and I told her to give me a second because I was still in process of pulling my app, she rudely asked me “ what have u been doing the whole time ? “ and I replied “ my phone is frozen and takes time to open an app ! I was in shock. No matter what this is not how you talk to your customers , customers that support the business everyday . I am truly disappointed and never thought I would give this Starbucks one star because of this rude lady

After taking out all the ice they put (i asked for light ice) this is all that was left. This is the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and there is barely (if any) oatmilk in the drink. Paying $6 for a drink that is not even half full?

Everything went so smooth. Did not have to wait in a long line that took forever. The ladies were so sweet and had that southern hospitality for sure. Hon and babe and yes ma'am for everything. Dont see or hear or even get that a lot anymore and it's very humbling....not just nice....to be apart of that experience. All around prompt, accurate, and above and beyond friendly atmosphere.

Sierra and her team are consistent, professional, and extremely friendly. Food, drinks, and recommendations are on-point here. Despite on-going issues with supply chain, COVID pandemic, and the craziness that comes with all this, they're still here to serve us our coffee/breakfast. For those that have been complaining about this store, get a life.
