Poor service! I asked the cashier to scan for rewards as I was buying my drink and she refused to and said that they cannot scan for rewards when there is a literally a sign that says “scan for rewards here”. When I got my drink I brought it up to the cashier that we have scanned for rewards in the past at the same location with 0 trouble and she said that they have never been allowed to scan for rewards at the front. The cashier was in a bad mood and did not provide positive and helpful costumer service. My drink was also very watery and not as sweet as usual. Not coming back to this location.
I have been to this Starbucks on many many times over the last few years and regret it every time!! The staff are so impolite. They don’t greet you but continue their own conversation ignoring you until it suits them. They are constantly out of things. The service I got today was just terrible and my coffee was weak. No hello no smile or just common courtesy. These people hate their jobs that they make abundantly clear to the customer. Just terrible terrible service all round. Avoid this place as in the last 3 years here have been no efforts to improve. Just look at all the poor reviews and believe them. Sad for Starbucks as they usually have excellent staff. There is a stand alone Starbucks not far. Go there and save yourself the unpleasant experience!

Girl who was working on 2/7 at 12:30pmShe was very rude and seems like she doesn't want to work. I do not know that why she was working with that customer service.So i just left the store so awkwardwho ever is charge of the employees need to check on her.
I didn't like the way my drink was hastily made and thrown over the counter at me. It wasn't sweet enough but it was too much hassle to get the guy to fix it. Wont be frequently this location anytime soon
Horrible just horrible. I get the same drink almost everyday and for some reason when I visit this location they can NEVER get it right. Today I went there on my 15 min break trying to give them one more chance even though it’s been proven multiple times they have poor customer service. Not only did the cashier STEFAN AND KEYTANA not take down any of my modifications for my drink to make it right and ensure quality. When I notice it was being made wrong then proceeded to state something about it, she got nasty with me. At that point I just wanted my money back because I just wasted my whole break at Kroger for one drink that I couldn’t even have the luxury of enjoying cause it wasn’t made right. Then I had to go to customer service and wait an additional 10 minutes just for a refund. Now I’m late and escalated with no resolution. Trying to remain calm, I started walking out, I see four Kroger/Starbucks associates huddle up in a group talking about about me and pointing me out. Totally unacceptable and that’s where I draw the line. I will be back up there on my lunch break. I usually don’t do all of this however I feel totally disrespected at this point and I’m tired of letting Kroger slide.I need to be accommodated period!

Starbucks is always consistent no matter which location you choose. It's a great experience. Period.
