This Starbucks is a great place to get a coffee with a friend and relax. The service is friendly and efficient. The store is clean, and the atmosphere is casual.

This location is the closest to my job so OBVIOUSLY I try to frequent here. I literally order the same thing EVERYDAY and when they get to it it’s made with love every single time. However, make sure you have at least 15-20 minutes to wait for ONE coffee! Today, I’ve had enough. I start MOST mornings with a white chocolate mocha from Starbucks. This morning in particular I feel like the wait time I experienced was well below par. Even another customer noticed I’d been waiting a really long time and suggested that I should ask because they may have forgotten. I counted 8 drinks prepared and given out before I asked the coffee-rista if they had started making it. Once she confirmed no, I asked would a refund be processed quicker because it was 755 (I arrived and ordered at 740) and I had to get to work. She replied with what I feel was attitude that the manager could process it. So I go back to the register. The manager quickly processed my refund and gives me my receipt. I look at it and the refund was NOT in full. I had to ask for ALL of my money back. I want to leave the employees at this particular location with this: I have been to several other Starbucks. I love Starbucks. Your horrible customer service won’t stop me from patronizing the company, nor your location! I DEMAND the same amazing experience I receive at EVERY OTHER LOCATION! I appreciate customer service forwarding this to the district manager and the $20 credit but the best way for us to resolve this issue is for the management and team to get on board with the brand :). My opinion. I’m entitled.

The time of COVID has become normal. Starbucks is the ONLY coffee place out there that does not let you put your own cream in. I tell every barista "short pike tall cup, fill the rest with cold half and half" The results I get vary from steamed cream, barely any cream with close to half inch of space in top of the cup, etc. What I have not gotten since this policy started is a decent tasting cup of coffee. I went from visiting stores 2 to 3 times M -F and twice on the weekends to maybe 1 time every 2 weeks. Panera has become my new home. Let me know when Starbucks policies get back in line with the world! - disappointed

This is worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. They were temporarily closed for months, the employees are late opening the store in the mornings. They chose when they will be accepting online orders. Everyday is different you have to check the app and not always correct information. The employees are not welcoming, always talking among themselves or on their phones texting. The baristas are also very slow with orders and lucky if they make it correctly the first time, even with the order printed on the label. So disappointed in this location and should be an embarrassment to the company.

I usually enjoy this Starbucks but don’t plan to continue patronizing. Each morning when a certain employee opens, they open 30-40 minutes later than as advertised. Understandable, staff is short. However, she will leave me and others standing outside and fail to acknowledge us at all. One lady knocked and the staff holds up a stack of money, gesturing in some way, doesn’t bother to come to the door and use her words—the woman found it incredibly offensive and left. Another woman stood with me for 20 minutes and left. Not once did any employee stop to acknowledge our presence or say “hey we are running late but will open at XYZ time.” It’s incredibly rude and unprofessional. When the manager is here they open on time—so that suggests it’s an individual issue. He’s a lovely man. Just don’t understand how it’s acceptable to leave people outside without any explanation, sign on the door, etc. Just change the hours to 6:30am, so no one has an expectation of getting their coffee at 6am.

Over-priced, mediocre goods served with attitude. A simple hot chocolate without whip cream. Served luke warm/cool, congealed with sludge at the bottom. Horribly slow service for an idle shop. It's been a while since I've been to Starbucks and it will be years and years and years before I return.

I really like this particular location because they don't seem to close down like so many other Starbucks because of supply chain issues.

This is the worst Starbucks place ever.the early morning shift employees are unprofessional and disrespectful!!
