I witnessed one of the employees filling her personal water jug with ice over the ice chest. The rim of her jug was small so ice was hitting her jug and hand falling back into the ice chest. I notified the employee that was taking my order, she spoke to the young lady who came to the window to speak to me. She basically asked me what was my problem and I told her that her actions were very unsanitary and she said Okay! The fact that the employee saw no fault in her action and none of her co-workers saw a problem is insane. I hope that no one gets sick from her actions!
I'm not liking the shorter hours but I understand the lower demand for coffee after 6pm.

Hey everyone so I am usually a glass half full kind of person but in this case… there was no glass half full. Like literally, I know companies have their policies for doing things but I specifically asked for “less ice” but instead I got a cup full of ice. I didn’t get two sips in when it was all gone. And mind you these aren’t very cheap drinks and we pay good hard earned money for them too. In any case I got my drink and felt very disappointed with how everything went down because all day at work I could only thing of getting a refresher on the way home and relaxing after. Instead I’m found here writing a review, feeling very ignored and played by a coffee shop I love to go to.
I ask for a Strawberry Açai made with Lemonade with light ice.I got Strawberry Açaí with water full of ice.90% ice, took like 3 sips then it was all gone.
The level of incompetence of the employees at this store astounds me. I ordered a caramel brulee Frappuccino, and the drink was absolutely tasteless- evidently the batista didn't put in any proper flavoring ingredients in the drink.Was ordered online 12:52 pm on December 26th, 2021
My latte is currently not latte-ing. I asked for shots of vanilla favoring and expresso not shots of hot water. My tongue is so confused right now bc I'm 100% sure I'm covidfree. Now I have to go back and get a remake. rushed.
Closed the indoor dining area, which I can understand. However they do not provide a drink pickup area for preorders.
This location is usually very busy, but the employees keep the line moving quickly! Very friendly and coffee and food is delicious!
Fast and very friendly!!! Will definitely return. The lady in the drive thru, with green at the end of her hair is awesome!!! She made my day!
