Didn’t have a good experience at all. Justin took our drink orders. I greeted him first as he stared at me and my children with annoyance. He didn’t greet me back. That was the point that I knew that we wouldn’t have a pleasant experience with him. The rest of the transaction was him correcting me with a condescending tone and him seemingly being very irritated by our presence. Everyone else there was ok. Not sure if that’s just his general demeanor or if he was having a bad day. Needless to say, that interaction sealed the deal on me ever going back to patronize this location ever again.
Fast and friendly service at drive through, person in front even paid for my order so I did the same ?????☕️

Terrible customer connection.Barista with red beard and glasses was condescending and kept glancing at my boyfriend as I was ordering and rolling his eyes after every word I said. It was so painfully obvious. He made myself and other baristas and customers uncomfortable, he needs some training on his customer connections
Excellent customer service from Theo! I purchased two bags of espresso roast and asked to have them ground for espresso use. Upon arriving home I noticed that the grind was not correct. Upon returning to the store I explained my situation and unfortunately I did not save my receipt. Regardless they corrected the situation and had two new bags ground for espresso like I asked. This is the type of customer service that will keep customers returning.
The staff here has improved over the last couple of months. Service is faster. They are more organized and customers focused. The icing on the cake is they started remembering me by name
Worst experience ever.I’m not sure if this will make a difference in their service. It was a rainy day and i decided to purchase a coffee. The stores front door was locked and it was opened for drive through. I did not have a vehicle so I decided to walk through the drive thru so they can take my order in the turn. I walked through the drive thru and I tried placing my order and no one responded so I walked through so atleast someone will take my order. And remember it was raining. You might think what is this person doing in the drive area. There was no sign or a representative who was helping. The manager of the store declined to take my order so I left with embarrassment. I have decided that I will never ever purchase from Starbucks nor would recommend anyone. There was an other family who went through the same thing and I’m glad that I was able to help them. I mentioned they arent accepting orders if you don’t have a vehicle and I literally stayed in the drive thru area for 25minutes.
I ordered a simple iced coffee, and I wasn’t pleased with it. Didn’t have any sugar as requested, and the coffee did not taste fresh. Just a little disappointed.
People seemed friendly but drink was not filled all the way.
Kelcie and Gabby are my favorite Baristas ... they are both very conscientious of my time in that 'morning rush' when I show up to grab my moblie order! They have grown to know me personally and they are accomodating EACH time I have been there... attitude is everything and no matter what their attitudes keeps me coming !Thanks ladies
