This bar was my favorite anytime I came to GA. But I went and I am allergic to peppers and onions. I ordered a Philly chicken just meat and cheese. I got it with the peppers we informed the waitress and she advised she would take it off my tab if the kitchen is closed. Due to me already paying she offered me a drink the same price. I already had shots and a whole full drink that wouldn't do me any good. She told me to come back in 2 days. I advised that I don't live here. She then told me she did give two free shots to the birthday girl. I WASN'T THE BIRTHDAY GIRL!!! SO HOW DOES THAT HELP ME WITH MY MONEY I PAID FOR FOOD I COULDN'T EAT..??? I WILL BE DISPUTING THE WHOLE TRANSACTION SINCE THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND ME FOR AN ORDER THEY MESSED UP. I WILL NOT GO BACK. VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Awful customer service turned around as soon as I entered! We were not greeted and immediately asked for ID at 4:30 in the afternoon. Also this place wreaked of cigarettes! Less than one star.. don’t waste your time.
Customer service is STRAIGHT TRASH. It seems like if you're not a regular you don't get the same treatment if I could give them a 0 I could get better Customer Service
Strong pours, Golden Tee, pool tables, good pub food. Smoking is allowed indoors here.
Terrible place would not recommend. They smoke a lot! Seems like a drug dealer’s paradise!
I just recently went here again and there was a very attentive bartender by the name of Dania. She was very experienced and made me and my guests feel very welcome. I will definitely be back for another round or two or three!
I called in today to order some wings I had heard from my owner that they were the best in town sadly when I did call and finally got through the person who answered the phone who gets paid to bring customers in the store told me that process cannot be facilitated despite the fact that I was the general manager of the store right across the street from them and I find that to be not great business practice and then when I express my concern she told me the cook doesn’t even cook them even if you ordered him until he got there anyway so either she shouldn’t answer the phone and tell people that or either that should just not be happening in an establishment who wants to earns people business so I’m gonna mention this online and also mention the fact that I went down the street to another sports bar in which they did do that process how many people are coming to this establishment and this happens to how much more money are they losing I hope this gets the owners attention or management and they change that process if not I have is no one to ever order food here because they don’t care about your service notification about your time I’m on lunch break I can’t possibly sit there and wait 20 minutes for the wings get done and then eat in 10 minutes and get back to work and for this I find it to be a problem . Thank you concern eater lol
I been going to sports time for a long time..A few of the new waitresses is so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.I will definitely get with the owner about my issues.
Service at the bar was slow and unresponsive. We sat there with empty drinks trying to flag down our bartender for 30 minutes before she finally came by, at that point we asked for the check and left. She never asked if we wanted another round, always said she'd be right there but never actually came over, it was a bad experience.
Love the place the people are cool that go there its just a good vibe ✌
