Liked most of all the drinks and teas I've tried here, although they don't make many if any modifications to drinks (sugar level, ice level, etc) it's kinda set. So beware if that's important to you and that aspect is not my favorite. And also the customer service is lacking.
Bad customer service please don’t go that businesses who are rude we tried next door the coffee by hand , they ga rc pretty good Icecream with waffle
Came here with a friend after getting our haircut next door. Ordered the honeydew milk tea and the summer style toast. I truly think toast is a fad that’s overrated but the dessert that I had here was a must try. Great for dessert.
Great place to hang out with delicious desserts. Their tea is pretty good too. Always our number one choice to go to have cold refreshing desserts
Sooooo good! Massive size Berry Love Toasts, more like a cake size, very yummy! We paired it with some traditional Pu erh tea, so perfect! Cool spot for couple, friends or families! A must try!
EDIT: This place is awesome!!! Been here a few times now its our favorite cafe! The desserts are incredible and look amazingGreat selection of dessert items and the presentation is really awesome! Exactly what is shown on the menu.Great cafe!
I’ve been coming here for around five years now. The desserts and teas are delicious as they’ve always been but lately the cleanliness of the shop and friendliness of the employees have gone kind of downhill. Each time we’ve gone recently the table was sticky, and I recall some of our teacups were given to us sticky too. The past few visits we’ve gotten the same employee, a guy who won’t talk to you beyond taking your order; he hands you the menu, watches you find your own seat, then when you’re ready to pay, won’t even gesture at the screen in front of him showing your total. No “here’s your total”, “are you splitting the bill”, “thank you”, anything. I felt stupid standing there waiting for him to say something until I realized he was staring off into space waiting on *me* to take my card out. It’s happened enough times for me to feel rather unwelcome so I will be finding a different cafe to frequent instead.
I like going to Snowflake Teahouse because there aren’t many places around that serve similar desserts as theirs. Their staff is kind and quick to taking orders, even during busy hours. Though not pictured, my favorite drink to get in addition to the snow & honey toast is the ti-yuan yin milk tea. Superrr good! The only reason I took one star off is because the bread for the honey toast can be a little over toasted sometimes and even with the toppings and icecream, it hurts the roof of my mouth when I try to take a bite ?.
Delicious icecream with warm honey ?.. best combo.. summer style is my all time favorite ?
Just came here today with my family and the level of disrespect I was faced with was INEXCUSABLE. I had been waiting for my milk tea for so long, my whole family had received and finished all of their crepes/ice cream. When I, very kindly, told the man at the front that I didn’t want the tea anymore because I needed to leave, the manager/owner followed me back to my table and started SCREAMING at me in front of the entire restaurant. My uncle asked her to calm down, to which she started yelling at him to shut up. I understand that they were very busy, which is why I didn’t even argue with them about the wait for the tea, I simply just asked them to take it off my order so I could pay for the remaining desserts and be on my way. But there was no need for her to come up to my table and humiliate me in front of 20 other customers around me. Please save yourself a trip and put your money into a place that will at least give you basic courtesy and respect.
