Lobby is permanently closed, drive through only. Drive through takes about 15-20 minutes per customer, and the poor design of the drive through lane means any kind of line will block the entire parking lot, and the lines get extremely long given the excessive time per customer. There is also a very large pot hole directly in front of the drive through window that you can't avoid when picking up your smoothie. Staff is amicable, not exactly the friendliest service but usually reasonably polite. This Smoothie King really needs some refreshing/redesigning, maybe hire enough people to actually open the lobby, clean the place up, reorganize the drive through, etc... The smoothies have always been fairly good, but the experience of buying them leaves a lot to be desired.
This location is by far the worst I’ve been to. It’s UNBELIEVABLY slow. If I put an online order in, I don’t think they start making it until I arrive. I end up waiting another 10 mins once I get there. One time I ordered ahead and was the only person in line and it took 10+ mins to get it once I got there. And there were 3 people working! Just laziness at its finest.
I online ordered the berry punch with the orange juice blend last night. I arrived 10minutes later and picked it up. This smoothie was perfectly made. Everything I was expecting and more. Thank you Tracy for making this smoothie with love!
The smoothie made here is so nasty. I drink from Smoothie king frequently. So I know the taste of Angel food.I came here 2 time.1st was bad I was hoping its just maybe a bad day maybeI came again today and my drink is nasty.The girl who works here has a bad attitude.
Lobby closed...I get itPulled to the drive thru and they are only taking online orders, huh?I pull in a parking spot to make my online order, pull up to window at the time my email says the order is ready only to hear the employee say that the order never came through the system. I had to read my order off to the employee for him to make it. Need less to say, I was late to my business meeting.Just shut the store down
This locations system is literally always down. I keep trying to give them a chance because they are the most convenient but I’ve been 5 times and each time the system was down. What’s the point of this location even being open.
Not good. I frequently go to smoothie kings and my gladiator smoothie was so terrible. I couldn’t even finish it. It had such a bitter horrible after taste. To top it off, I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for a terrible smoothie. Will not be returning to this location.
We showed up at 6:18 pm and were told they were closing in 10 mins and only taking online orders. We said we would place an order online and they said there was not enough time to make our smoothie… also it said online they would be open until 8:00 pm. Very frustrating experience.
Best of the best. We ended up getting the strawberry hulk and Caribbean wave and when I tell you I had to be alittle ratchet because “this right here!!” Great like the tiger off of Frosted Flakes commercial. Remember us!!!!
This place is not only filthy, but the employees are the worst I’ve ever seen! Dressed nasty, nasty attitudes and poor customer service!!! Run to the next one and avoid this at all costs!!!
