Terrible service by of all people the OWNER!!!Which explains why she had no employees & was the only person working...Go somewhere else & don't waste your time
Absolutely horrible smoothie king!Wait time was SO LONG that I watched customer after customer continue to just leave.It took 20 minutes just to take my order for 1 smoothie....HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!
K.J. was very professional and courteous. He listens well and understood my need. Hats off to him!!! I will not be surprised if he is a CEO some day.
I come here a lot but the service today was horrible. I waited 15 mins and the lady after me for her drink before. I went up and spoke to the manager. It wasn’t just me that she skipped. There was another guy. She asked if I wanted a refund or my smoothie. I waited another 10 mins for my smoothie. She didn’t ask for half off or on the house. Nothing. Another lady complaint and they made her smoothie before me. After I complaint.
Wow horrible experience just left there. They had a promotion for BOGO smoothie and the lady told me I had to order 3 in order to use it because I already ordered a pick up order. She called the “manager”And was on the phone for 10 minutes and still never came from the back. So I ordered another smoothie and it was horrible horrible. I called to let them know and the guy was very rude and disrespectful. I asked for the manager and he gave me a fake number and admitted it. So shocked that this is happening. So sad as well because I liked smoothie king. Bad customer service, bad business practices, bad people. Place needs to be shut down.UPDATE:I went back to the store to see about my refund/new smoothie and nothing got resolved, I had to beg the associate if I could talk to the manager, associate put me on speaker to speak to the manager and on the other line only to hear the manager screaming at me. This is bait and switch a fraudulent business practice. I cannot emphasize enough of how unprofessional and combative she was. Reporting them toBBB. Also the associate in the morning gave me a fake number to call saying it was the manager but in all actuality it was not. Have never experienced anything this horrific before. Why get into business when we the customers spend our money and businesses treat us like trash. Businesses like this won’t last. It’s just a matter of time.
MJ took great care of me! Suggested a tasteless multivitamin for my smoothie. Loved her positive energy and the smoothie was blended great!
Great smoothie but need to make their prices more competitive, they are a chain and I get supply and demand but sheesh!
MJ is a great business owner! Beautiful and sweet! I had an issue at the store, but she immediately apologized and corrected the issue. She made me feel better about what happened and welcomed me back with smoothie coupons to make up for my last experience. Laura also apologized. I respect MJ as a fellow business owner and recommend everyone stop in and experience her awesome energy! Thank you for treating me like a valued customer!
I was there a few days ago and had a great experience. I was stuck between 3 choices so I asked for a suggestion and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I ended up with a great smoothie and a nice chat. Thank you for the great service ?
This location typically has good service; however, the last four times I went, my smoothie was not make correctly.This is my go-to smoothie so I know how it should taste. Also, there has been some sanitary issues that I wanted to address. I reached out to the owner several times. She called once from an unknown number and left a message. I have since reached out several times and left messages and did not receive a call back. She obviously does not care about customers so I will take my business elsewhere.
